Great product
The item is as described. Arrived on time. My only issue is that it needs a more amp hour battery.

Works well but battery life sucks
Well, like almost every other review, the battery life is roughly 20 min. of continuous work. It even says not to use for over 20 min. continuously in the instruction manual. Guess I just have to get used to it, going cordless, but it is frustrating. Otherwise, works fine. You do have to push in pretty firmly to get the battery to click in place both on the sander and into the charger--not a problem, just FYI.

Works very well for my household use.
The battery lasts a decent amount of time. It is easy enough that my 10y/o uses it too. I am using it to refinish furniture on my YouTube channel. I look forward to trying more WORKSITE products.

Great price and perfect size for me to use I love it.

Easily the worst power tool I’ve ever used.
Low speed is a zillion mph. Any speed stalls out under its own weigh. Short battery life and charging takes literally hours. The only positive is the dust collection bag will never need to be emptied because it doesn’t work in the slightest. Months of painstakingly use and it’s still clean inside the bag. Because of the awful battery I stared using it without the battery and it actually works better without power. Just manually sliding back and forth is infinitely better.

Battery stinks!
I like the way the sander was easy to use. It did a great job on the surface. My complaint is with the battery. With it fully charged, it only lasted about 30 minutes. I looked at adding a spare battery, but discovered that I could get a name brand sander that plugs in for around the same price. Even if I went the battery route, it takes about an hour and a half to charge and I’d still have a wait time between two batteries. So disappointed.

Not compatible for Australia
After receiving this product I promptly opened the package to find the charger is not compatible for the Australian power sockets, which after reading the reviews on this product seems to be a blessingSending it back false advertising in my eyes shouldn't be allowed to advertise this product if it is not fit for purpose, as can not use it over here
