Q: What is the outside width (side wall to side wall) of this oven? I have a space, but if the outside of the body is more than 20", it won't fit.

Thank you for your question, Rob. The dimensions for this countertop oven measure 22" wide, 14.5" deep, and 11.5" high. This model will not fit the 20" space you would require.

Thank you for your question, Taco. This toaster oven has an option for an air fry mode. However it will also operate with a bake, broil, or toast function like a traditional toaster oven.

Those reviews are correct for some. I imagine some ovens probably do reach temp and maintain and some even run hotter but not my oven. My oven can reach 385 F but can not maintain that temperature with food in it. It usually maintains anywhere from 275 F to 325 F with food in it and this is with the inadequate, imho convection fan running. Black and Decker's quality does NOT seem to be it's top propriety though. You get what you pay for in this case and this oven for what it is suppose to be is pretty cheap. Necessity dictates though and sometimes you have to make poor choices like this oven. Again this is just my opinion and others might have had a better experience but I did not.
