Nearly Natural 5345 Variegated Ficus Tree, 6-Feet, Green

I would have given this tree a 5 but the packaging could have been much better. The box came pretty much destroyed and there was very little protecting the middle part of the tree. There were pieces of the bark scattered within the box and these pieces apparently covered the nails/fasteners that were holding sections of the tree together, which in some spots these nails were very visible. I didn't feel like dealing with a return for such a large item and since it was damaged beyond repair, I glued the pieces back in place as best I could. Luckily, it's not easy to see that it was damaged so it does look beautiful and I am very happy with it overall but the company needs to keep in mind that people are paying good money for their products and people shouldn't have to be gluing pieces back on after arrival. It should arrive in perfect condition! After looking at other reviews, this seems to be a common problem with this product. That said, I'm glad I purchased it but just keep this in mind.

Purchased to fill in a bare corner and add height. I am 100% satisfied with this 6' Nearly Natural 5345 Variegated Ficus Tree. Tree trunk looks 'real'.

We purchased this plant to add color and texture in our living room. It is tall, without being too wide. It looks natural and is light enough to move when we vacuum. To clean the plant, we shake the dust off regularly and take the plant outside for a quick bath a couple of times a year. This was a good purchase!

The Planter Pot is incredibly small for such a tall tree and clearly meant to be placed in another more decorative planter. The individual branches are easily adjusted and actually can be twisted to different positions on the same branch to display the leaves. Very pleased overall with this purchase.

A main branch was broken off this tree when I received it, and it's from the middle area of the tree. Tree looks weird with nothing in the middle. Will have to figure out if I can repair myself. NOT HAPPY AT ALL with this purchase.

No leaf loss during shipping and it looks amazing after you fluff it out!

the main branches were loose from the trunk and i had to glue them back in place. the smaller branches are not able to be positioned as seen in the photo without breaking them from the main branches. nice tree but not happy with the way it spreads its branches.

I am not happy with the quality of the tree. It is skinny and whimpy. The picture makes it look really full, but its not at all. I have been trying to return it with no success. I've contacted the company via phone & email, but they will not return my calls or email me back.
