What supposedly separates these from most other master links is that they can be re-used several times. However, I also re-use single use master links. I wax my chains, so I'm removing a chain every 500 miles or so, and throwing away a master link every 400-500 miles would get expensive. Since I re-use them anyway, I feel more comfortable using master links from a company that approves this type of use. They specifically state that they are reusable. Works with Campy 10 spd
I had a Campy 10 speed setup and wanted to convert to waxed chain so needed to go to a quick link. Used this and it worked perfect. Havent tried removing and then trying to re-use. SRAM 12 spd versions will work a few times but then loosen up and can and will fail on you after the engagement area loosens up too much. Assuming all quick links will be the same. But if you want to go to quick link for either waxing or just dont want to deal with the pin removal and installation, these seem to work as intended

works great
Been using this for years. I've heard that you should always use a new one on a new chain. I have never had a problem re-using on multiple chains. However I check for wear each time and use a new one every 3 or 4 chains regardless of wear. A new one can be very hard to engage but it will loosen up.

Master links essential to have
Two sets of Master links in a well packaged card. Remember 10 speed requires a different link than 9 speed. The measurements are different.

Fantastic for older 10 speeds
These are perfect for my 10 speed chain and work better than the Shimano brand.

NOT RE-USABLE EVEN ONCE
These KMC Missing Links are supposed to be Re-usable, as stated in the ad and on the package. However, after one (1) re-install, they are as loose as the cheapest softest metal thinkable. I can snap them off easily with 2 fingers on each hand. Absolute garbage, I will return them after I have used both as I really need quick links for an upcoming event.

Decent price for some missing links
Not much to say. I’ it’s genuine missing links for a KMC chain. Will probably never use them (knock on wood).

Ideale herbruikbare link
Werkt perfect, je merkt er niets van en is ideaal om je ketting terug los te maken om te reinigen. Gebruik wel een kettingtang.
