Q: Are the colors matte or glossy?

Q: I am confused. The descriptuion says for ages 3 -14, but the size chart says the smallest size is for 5+. Can you please explain?

The small fits till 5 years old not for 5 years old only. But it can be adjusted to make the fit smaller. There are also kids above 5 years old that fits the small size too so it really depends on the measurement.

Q: Can you remove the inside liner to either clean or just use the helmet without it if required?

Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. The Velcro sponge lining pads are removable and washable. We also added 1 extra set for replacement when the other one wears out. We highly recommend using the helmet with the lining pads as it keeps away any bad odors and bacteria from building up and it also helps with keeping the helmet in place.

Q: How do you measure helmet size? Can I exchange if the fit is incorrect?

Hi there! To get the perfect fit, 1. Measure your head with a tape measure 2. Place the tape measure1 inch above your eybrow and ears 3. Take your exact measurements and refer to our sizing chart on the product page. In cases that the size you chose is not a good fit, just contact us in Buyer Messages and we'll do whatever we can to assist you.
