Great treadmill that lasts years
This is a great treadmill. I've been using it for over 6 years I think now and it's still running. Able to do a 10k on it. It's never quite as smooth as a pro machine, but I think it's excellent for the price. Good for walks and running. Design is sufficient for home use. Easy to assemble. Easy to store. I should add that now the old thing does has some belt trouble. I have to lube it before every run. A few months ago I now get the Lube light permanent. But it still runs!

Very good affordable treadmill
I have had the treadmill for about a month now and can say I am very pleased with this purchase. I am getting on 4-5 times a week for 30-60 minutes per day and it is working well. It is the perfect size for my space in my townhome. It was easy for me to assemble myself - just attaching a couple of pieces. I am able to do run/walk intervals and the speed adjusts very easily. I love that if I have to pause for any reason, when I re-start it automatically resumes at the pace I paused at (the one I used at the gym would make me start back at 0.5 and would also cancel my workout if I didn’t resume after 30 seconds). It comes with 12 pre-set options but I haven’t tried them out yet. I have just been doing my own paces based on my workout playlist for the day. It folds up very easily to save space or to move it. There only 2 negatives I have found so far, neither of which are deal breakers in my opinion. The highest incline is not very high at all. On the professional gym models I would walk at high inclines in Intervals to work different muscles. My fix for this is I have been wearing a medium to heavy resistance stretch band around my thighs during walks on this treadmill and I am feeling the same muscles being worked as when I would do high incline walks before. Also, the heart rate meter does not seem accurate at all. It registered my heart rate at 82 after I did a 1:30 jog even though my wrist tracker registered 152. Since I do wear a watch/tracker anyway this is not a big deal to me. Overall, I would recommend this treadmill as a good and affordable home option. I am able to get a very comparable workout vs the treadmill I used to use at the gym.

Running on a budget!
This is a great little treadmill. Since working from home, I've become WAY too sedentary. Blood pressure and labs were not so great, so it was time for a change of pace. I've had this for a couple of weeks and it is perfect for what I need to get me moving regularly. My daily step count is up over 10,000 again! Very easy to move around, fold up, start/stop, etc. Very little noise as well. No issues with it functionally. Easy to assemble out of the box. Little-to-no tools are required (I'm a cheater and used my impact drill). A few things I didn't really like (food for thought really): 1) the plastic guards at the end of the track are useless, cheap plastic. One side was received damaged from shipping. The other I kicked off on accident the first time I used the machine. They hover over the back of the track and will be in the way if you have a long stride. They're not really needed for anything, so I just removed them altogether. No harm, no foul. 2) The area where you can put a tablet forces you to cover the display. I have a wall mounting option, so again, not really a deal breaker for me. 3) I'm not sold on the heart rate monitor. It's hard to gauge it in real time, so I rely on my smartwatch to give me better details.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality!
I love this treadmill. Pleasantly surprised by the quality and sturdiness. I am a 5’6 female, and weigh 206 pounds. 52 years old. It was straightforward and simple to put together. However, for me, getting it out of the box was the hardest part. I did it by myself. With another person, it would have been a breeze. Plus, I have limited space, so I had to move slowly and carefully. Took me about 3 hours. The treadmill is of very good quality. Sturdy, solid construction. It’s relatively quiet. With music on, I can’t hear the treadmill. I had to adjust the tread belt tracking. It was going towards the right. It was very simple. Follow the instructions in the owner’s manual. Use the Allen wrench provided. Make tracking adjustments on the left side bolt, back of the treadmill. A little goes a long way. Make 1/4 turns, then check. I made this adjustment on the first day, and I’ve had no further issue with the tread belt. So far, I’ve used this treadmill 5 times in the 5 days that I’ve owned it. I mostly speed walk, going up to 4, and I’ve jogged on it. As heavy as I am, it does not shake, and I find the track to be comfortably cushioned. When folding it up, and using the safety lock, I think the pin could be a little longer. It’s a bit on the short side, so I pay extra attention to that little pin, that is holding everything up. I don’t take my eyes off of it when I’m moving the treadmill around to put it away. I also place it against and towards the wall just in case. I have two cats, and I don’t want to find a smashed puddy underneath a fallen treadmill. The pin has not popped out, I’m just being super careful because it’s a small pin. This treadmill is a really good deal to be under $400. I would highly recommend it. If anything changes, I will update the review.

I did a lot of research before buying this treadmill. I read the reviews from other buyers which were really helpful. I needed something that was well made, could handle daily runs but wasn’t too fancy or expensive. I also needed it to be easy to carry down to my basement and to move around. This treadmill meets all those criteria. It’s about 100lbs so my hubby and I got it down the stairs easily. Set up was really easy too and took about 15 minutes. The settings and display are straightforward and the preset programs are decent. I had debated on getting the Nordictrak but the reviews on the iFit app turned me off. I’m glad I went with the simpler option. The instruction manual is not very clear on all of the features or how to align the running track. Like I had no idea the oval raised silver features on the handles were heartbeat monitors. I watched some YouTube videos that were really helpful-just search the treadmill model and they’ll come up. When I first started using it, the track wasn't centered and it didn't run smoothly and was noisy. I easily adjusted the track after watching how to do it and it runs very quietly and smoothly now. I’ve been using it daily since I got it and I’m really happy with my purchase. If you’re looking for a solid treadmill with the basics at a great price-this is a great choice.
