大きさもちょうど良く、洗いやすいし不満はなし。取り出す時に少しコツがいるけど慣れれば簡単。縁ギリギリまでムース生地を入れるとカッコ良く仕上がる。アイスをこの型で凍らせて求肥で包めば雪見だいふくそっくりになります。

NOT an eclair mold
the eclair mold is too small and does not expand with the pastry; you are left with a muffin-like eclair with a very thin base (too thin to put cream into) and a muffin top (which would have been fine if the whole thing was allowed to expand as much as the top part)this mold might as well have been plastic or metal
