Product 5 stars. Packaging 0 stars. Arrived with top popped open and spilled all over packaging. Second time this happens:/ lid should be taped shut to prevent leaking.

I was so excited to try this but my first package majority of the bottle leaked! I received a replacement and it leaked too - not as bad as the first bottle but the fact that it leaked not once but twice.

The bottle leaked in the box so I knew right away that the scent was strong. It is not a horrible smell but if you are sensitive to scents this might not be for you. In fairness, I did not smell the scent after washing, just from the bottle. When I washed my hair with it I kept adding more because my hair was not feeling clean. I even did a second wash but still it didn't feel just right. That with the scent is going to keep me from finishing the bottle. My hair is course and curly and it just did not like this shampoo.
