Q: Does this lather n clean well, while leaving hair shiny n full? Does this contain formaldehyde or Phtalates?

I have used this two times, just purchased. Very pleased, lathers well , left my hair squeaky clean & shiny. I'm happy with my purchase.

Q: Does this shampoo dry your hair? hard to find biotin products that doesn't do that.

I don't think that it drys my hair out I use the conditioner and a leave in conditioner my hair feels a soft
