New desk, new file cabinet, Amazon of course, and that means reorganizing my office. Office supplies are readily available at brick and mortar stores but why shouldn’t I buy them, have them delivered and know the quality is there. I trust Amazon with all of my office needs. The prices are excellent and the quality is great so it’s a no brainer!

These folders are durable and relatively easy to use. They store my important paper documents by month for an entire year. It has made it easy to track my personal expenses for easy recollection at the end of the year for tax purposes.However, I have two complaints or suggestions for improvement. 1) Applying the paper month tabs to each plastic divider is a pain. I get it done but is a tedious process. 2) Adding full 8.5" x 11" sheets of paper to each divider gets tricky as well due to the folded plastic crease at the bottom of each divider. It takes some wiggling to get the paper(s) to properly settle in each section.

This is perfect to keep important papers organized all in one place.

Repeat buy as a city clerk who needs to store monthly files and keep on hand for years.

Good product

I bought this for work and was not sure when opened up if it would keep or hold it's shape because it is made of a plastic material, but to my surprise it does, especially when you start filling it up. I like that it came with a sheet of colorful labels (12) pre printed January - December (which is exactly what I needed) and the extra labels were blank just in case you wanted to write your own label. Very colorful and overall very satisfied with the product.

I finally had to break down and buy something for receipts. This has good deep and wide pockets. The months are already printed on a sticky sheet if you want to use it for a Year file. It also comes with extra labels if you want to change them later. The file is separated with different-colored dividers. It has a stretchable latch you can bring underneath to fasten the file close. It has an area where you can label what is in the file on the front window.
