I had a little problem adjusting it to my wrist at first but then I got the hang of adjusting it and now it fits perfectly! I used a wooden hammer handle to shape it around my wrist! You just have to squeeze the ends around the wood handle and it fit perfectly!

I used coppers bracelets before to cure strained wrist and shoulder. I could not find my former one and bought this nice copper bracelet with magnets. It works after a couple of weeks (you need to ware it at least a couple of months but no more than six months). It gives a greenish hue at my wrist and it is a sign of good quality copper - some people mistakenly think it is a flaw. Great and also nice looking product!

Got this copper bracelet for its healing abilities. My wrist and thumb were hurting and after a day of wearing this the pain went away and I haven't taken it off since. I was concerned that it would be too big for my small wrist but it was adjustable and it works great! Absolutely love it, has a neat hammered look to it but nothing too flashy.
