These couches are amazing. The material is so soft and durable and I don’t have to worry about my huge dogs ruining it. It is easy to wipe clean, and nothing settles into the material. The recliners are easy to use and so comfortable. For anyone with swollen legs, this is the couch for you. It reclines so far that it raises your legs above your heart. Perfect for your Congestive Heart Failure patients. I’d give it a 10/10 all the way.The delivery includes delivery inside one door. So be prepared to get it where you need to go after that. They are very easy to slide around on my wood floors.

Found this reclining couch in the store and loved its fabric, and the comfort of it. Passed it up because delivery was predicted at 2 months. Looked on amazon and it was $200 less than the store price, and came with same week delivery and set up, which saved another $150. Very pleased with the purchase and service.

I researched recliners for quite some time, even went to Ashley Furniture and ultimately loved this love seat (pun intended) and a matching reclining chair. I was super excited when they arrived only to find when I sat in my new love seat and reclined...... I heard a loud "clunk" sound and then a bunch of strange noise. I looked underneath and found that one of the pivot joints had disconnected. I was told I could send it back but I would have to be at home to help the crew pick it up and then would have to order another one and be there for the delivery (couldn't be off work for another 2 days). They then offered a discount in the hopes that I could fix it but I have no idea how this is going to happen, so now I have a piece of 300lb furniture taking up my living room that I can not sit in....ugh.

The loveseat is a good color and is made well. It is not very comfortable as it is stiff and does not have much give when you sit on it. Also it shakes a bit when you recline.

I am happy with the purchase but it was missing the screws for the center "Headrest". They are sending replacements but the shipping is something like two weeks. I just went to Lowes and bought what I needed a couple 1/4 inch 20 machine thread (item# 63313) 1-1/2 inch. They did the trick.Update : I got the screws and while they are easy to put in I didn't notice a difference.

The furniture is beautiful. It's durable, strong, feels soft and sturdy. Quiet operation. However I'm very disappointed that the parts to mount the center console backrest was not included in the order. Be safe, make sure you have bolts on hand. The loveseat is heavy, it does require assembly, but I was able to do it by myself. You just need a good steady arm. The seat backs slide onto rods that lock in place. Over all, I'm happy and love my set. I gave it 4 stars for missing parts.

The loveseat is beautiful and quality is up to Ashley standards but no instructions on how to put it together. Some parts are hidden and hard to locate it will take some patience. The Biggest issue is delivery. You do not get delivery into you home as stated, you do not get a call to schedule delivery, you do not have to sign for delivery. The delivery company will show up with no notice set it out and leave. These weigh 288 pounds each. If you have stairs like we did good luck! There is no option to choose white glove service during the check out process and although it states it will be put inside you home and up to 2 flights of stairs, that will not happen as the carrier states that service wasn't purchased by Amazon. As long as you don't have stairs and have someone at home to catch the delivery when it occurs this is a great price for this product. After reading issues about delivery after my purchase I became concerned and started watching for the delivery and signed up for alerts. You get this 30 minutes before they arrive, not much notice. Amazon customer service was helpful with issues.

Great sofa, especially when you have pets. Very comfortable and also very different from the usual sofas out there.
