Cleaned the manifold with thinner then sanded it with 100 grit sand paper. then cleaned it with thinner then with wax and dirt remover. Coated it as stated on the back of the can, then installed. Followed directions. Turn car on for 10 min, then wait 20 min, turn car on for 20 min, then wait 20 min, then run car for 30 min and so on and so on. Just ran the car for about 35 miles, touched the manifold after it cooled off and paint is coming off. Definitely worth getting it coated professionally! Don't expect decent results.

Same as amazon's flame proof spray
Well I got duped, my fault but this is the same as the stuff amazon sells as flame proof flat black for almost half the price and with free shipping if you have prime. Ended up costing me $25 for something else I got from amazon for 8.
