I think it's high time I give this little PoE switch some serious kudos. I bought this in 2017 to extend my IP camera network into my non-insulated barn. It's not a particularly high tech application. I just needed a couple PoE network ports in a location that is basically outdoors, with only basic rain/snow protection, but otherwise open to the air. The tricky part is that I live in the sub-arctic and it has to survive outdoor applications when it can see sustained -30 to -40 degree temperatures for days at a time.I honestly thought this was something I might have to replace every year or so, or at least would fail well before approaching -40 degrees. The coldest it's seen is -38F and it still kept on pushing a 25mbit stream back into my core network. The switch has now survived two years of exposed service 24/7/365, and two winters, and I couldn't be more pleased for some relatively unknown switch brand. I can't speak for everyone, but this has been a great, dumb, cheap and solid PoE switch for me.

Simple, effective, works with various POE cameras that I tried. Power adapter provides 48VDC to this unit via a barrel jack. As other noted, the mounting tabs are a great feature for non-desktop applications.The LEDs are on the "front face" so they are relatively easy to view even when mounted to a surface.

Works well out of the box. No set up required. No issues. Plugged it in and then connected my devices.

great poe switch,i used this for my security camera system and it was easy to connect .

Basic functionality, but good value. Like the integrated wall-mount brackets.

Works great. Powers 3 POE cameras without an issue. I really like the "external" mounting brackets. Bought a second one, I liked it so much.
