The 7 Outlet power strip features power saving outlets by including 1 master outlet that controls 4 slave outlets. The power automatically shuts off to all other peripheral devices once the main power source is shut off (Except the "Always on" devices). Plug in your computer in the master outlet and then plug in your printer, scanner, or other devices in the slave outlets. When you turn off the computer, the printer, scanner, or other devices turn off as well, saving you the time to turn off the devices and saving power as well. The two "Always On" Outlets are also included in case you need constant power to certain devices.
