Delivery: As someone mentioned in the reviews, this comes from California so temper your expectations on delivery. I live in the area so after I placed my order, I got a call from the seller to confirm my address after a couple of days. Another couple of days and I already received it. Way earlier than the 3-4 weeks of expected delivery.Unboxing: First, it was delivered in my driveway and that's as far as they'll go unless you opt to pay extra for set up. It comes in a box attached on top of a pallet. It weighs over 300 lbs so getting this inside my house by myself took some time and thinking just to overcome two steps. The box itself is flimsy and keeps tearing which is what made this product difficult to move. Once inside the house, I just had to cut the sides and the unit is fully assembled and rolls right out to where you want it.The product itself: To give you an idea, my wife and I have both been thinking about getting a massage chair. We usually get massages once a month and opt of for a hard type massage, usually Thai. We get no satisfaction from gentle touch type like Swedish massages. I have been apprehensive in ordering such an expensive and big (size) item like this because of return headaches in case of issues, but more on that later. Hopefully, if you're like us, this will help you decide if this is for you. Anyway, the wife insisted on buying one so i helped her decide on this one because of the features and reviews. What some people complain about is the vice grip like airbags on the arms and legs. This is the part we are super pleased with. There's no way you're getting out at the strongest setting but it squeezes you really good until you can't stand it anymore and releases you. The arm airbags work in tandem unlike other massage chairs that alternate arms so you don't feel trapped. The legs and feet are both our favorite. it feels like someone is holding your foot tight and then using their knuckles to grind the bottom of your feet so it feels like multiple people massaging you. We picked this one because the back rollers go all the way to your butt while others stopped on your lower back. The back massage part is average and that's a compliment to this product as it feels the same as its more expensive counterparts. The remote control works as it should. However, the massage starts before you do your settings so you have to wait a while before getting your arms situated in the airbags. This is probably the part where voice control would be useful. But i'd be fully satisfied if you were able to do your presets before the massage starts. The Bluetooth speakers are nothing to write home about. It sounds like the speakers would pop if you turned the volume loud enough, I've found that using AirPods actually add an extra benefit. Even if there's a bunch of people around with a loud tv in the background, you'll feel like you're by yourself. I like to use massage music but my favorite is rain sounds. Not only am I getting a massage but I get that "quiet time" for a half hour where my mind is also relaxed and feel like I'm in my own world.The negative: After three weeks, the arm airbags were not working properly. I tried contacting the seller through the 800# they had listed on Amazon and that was disconnected. I tried the number they sent with the product and left a message and they never returned my call. I left a message on the website they sent with the product and never got a response. This is my nightmare happening about ordering an expensive and oversized product and having to return it. I started the return process but you have to message the seller though Amazon before they can start the process, That's when the seller finally responded. They sent me a quick video of how to "open" the massage chair. One thing they didn't mention, and hopefully this helps someone, is that you need a hex tool to open the back part. Luckily, it was just a hose that got disconnected and I didn't have to disassemble much before finding it. This was actually the time that we appreciated the arm airbags because the massages didn't feel complete without it. Another week goes by and the arm airbags just kept inflating steadily without releasing air. As someone used to hard massages, it was still tolerable but getting uncomfortable. Had to open it up again and got lucky again that it was just a bent hose. Just had to straighten it out and reposition it so it won't get bent again. Hopefully that's the last issue I encounter, at least for a while. Anyway, while I'm positively thinking that I was lucky to find and resolve the issues easily, it still doesn't take away from the fact that I've had to do any fixing at all, which is a reflection on the assembly of the product. Hence, the reason for the one star deduction.Overall, we really do love this product and use it daily. I'm glad I'm able to fix minor issues easily and not have the headache of returning it.

UPDATE: I have lowered my review from 5 to 4 stars. 4 days after Ugears offered me a 1 year extended warranty to leave a review they contact me and say they "no longer offer the 12 month extended warranty but heres $30" This has completely soured my taste for this company. At this point I wish they had never contacted me because I'd still believe they were a stand up company. I had always assumed my buddy having issues with the company was a one off but this bait and switch says different. I no longer have faith that if or when i have issues they will stand behind they chairs and make it right.Bought this massage chair January 2021 after weeks of reading reviews and comparing features of different chairs. Happy to say after 9 months of using this chair I'm even happier with my purchase now.Pros:This chair gives great massages and has been a hit with everyone who has come to my house and tried it. The SL track is longer then most reaching from your shoulder blades to the bottom of your butt, it does not however reach your thighs. It has multiple massage techniques and ample airbags which can be used with default programs or individually selected and turned on and off.The heat is a nice feature but is limited to the lower back region. Bluetooth speakers work nice and a re a great feature to have. In my opinion this chair is comparable with ones 2-4x the price.When i ordered the chair i highly underestimated how important it is to have alot of airbags. While they do add to the massage i find the best benefit of them is they will squeeze you in the right areas to pin you to the chair when the rollers get to that area helping to get a deeper massage. The zero gravity is a great feature and lays you back almost completely flat letting your body weight push you into the rollers. you can adjust the recline of the chair and the elevation of the legs independently.Cons:This is a short list and more of missing a couple convenience things that you may get in higher end chairs. When you start the chair it it goes into a default program and you cannot select a different program or make any changes until it reaches its reclined position (roughly 20 seconds). Again not a big deal but would be nice to be able to select what you want right away. Second drawback is there's no ability to create a custom massage program and save it. I find i prefer the strong mode and like to turn off certain airbags and set the chair to max time. Again only takes a minute to do it but would be nice if you could create at least 1 custom program. In my opinion if they would do these two changes and update the remote look/options and mount it on the chair it would elevate this to be top notch across the board.Tips:One of the things i didn't learn until recently is you can adjust the position of the chair without it running. With the chair off and the remote not lit up you can hit the adjustment buttons for reclining the chair and legs and the chair will adjust.Shipping:I see so many people giving lower ratings because of the shipping companies not bringing the chair into their house. This is NOT the companies fault. These are shippers NOT movers. They are only required to drop it at your house not put it in your garage or move it into your basement.As for packaging that was very well done. It was attached to a pallet with ample packaging around it. It does come fully assembled all you need to o is get it off the pallet, lower the leg section and zip one zipper. The chair does have two small rollers on the back of it so one person can tip the chair backwards and roll it to where they want, I have solid floors so it was a breeze if you have thick carpet it might be more of a challenge but will still aide greatly.These ship from California. Time will depend on where you live and how long it takes them to line up a delivery company going to your area. I live in South Dakota and from the day it shipped i believe it took around 7 days. I was very pleased with the communication from the company they always call to update you on the status of your order and to let you know when it ships. They also did a follow up call with me about 6-8 weeks after i got my chair to see if i had any questions, concerns and how i liked my chair.Summary:For the price, features, quality of build and performance of this chair you cant go wrong. I'm very pleased and would recommend this (which i have) to all of my friends.NOTE: This chair comes with a 1 year warranty. I will mention that one of my friends ordered this the same time i did it it had a panel that clips broke off during shipping. Last I talked to him it had been 4 months and still has not got the company to fix it.I also need to be upfront and say they did offer me a 1 year extended warranty to do a review. My review is 100% true and I stand by it but this must be mentioned.
