The reviews weren’t promising when I researched it, I use this for a speaker setup at work because I can’t play music on my work computer. It has a good weight too it, when docking my phone i hear the normal click sound as if I was plugging in a usb chord, the phone sounds off that it’s plugged in. Something that happened unintendidly That i like is when I take my phone out to leave my desk for a meeting, I return to plug it in and it started playing music from where it left off. I didn’t use my phone between leaving my office space and re-docking, I haven’t trialed and errored this specific thing but It was a notable. It’s been in use for two weeks now.Cons-price is high-the included usb to usb chord is fairly short-the lightening plug is slightly crooked so my phone doesn’t sit perfectly straight (it’s very minor but for the price this and the short length of the included chord was the reason for losing a star)

These are the BEST I have been able to find for an iPad Pro. The only thing I've found heavy and sturdy enough to hold it up. Would have given 5 stars if they were USB 3.0. Don't get why they would be this high a quality and only USB 2.0 speed. Also, I think would have been better if another high quality dock we had in the past (forget the brand, maybe the same, but also very high quality), it would let you use your own Apple Cord. The old one had a removable insert, you put your cord in, put it back together and you were done. That way, you could control the height of the plug as well. Still, absolutely the best I've found and VERY VERY VERY well made.

I started out really loving this dock; and I want to like it. It's rock solid from a build perspective at a hefty 2.5 pounds.From a design perspective, the inserts don't my cases for my iPhone 6S; neither the Rokform Rugged or my Otterbox Statement fit. Further insult to injury is the fact that without a case, the connector will randomly disconnect while seated, causing the dock to not provide a charge -- it will also randomly give a message on the phone stating "This Accessory May Not Be Supported". Be prepared to use a 3D printer to print your own inserts to make this dock work...Aside from the fit, the device appears to not use intelligent charging, so don't plan on leaving your phone/iPad in the dock unless you want to ruin your battery's life.

This dock has not worked from the get-go. Initially, the audio link did not work reliably, We have the dock in our bedroom on the nightstand and it would cut out randomly in the middle of the night and we would get loud audio (from the IPAD, not my connected reciever) in the middle of the night -- waking up my spouse -- not good. I gave up early on connecting the Henge audio link to my stereo. This connection was the whole reason for my purchase.The Apple store had indicated this was the only product for solving thus link with an IPAD.More recently, the charger connection for my IPAD on the Henge dock has also not worked. I get a message that it is not charging, and my IPAD indicates "the device is not recognized", It has only been a month. This (expensive) device is already a paperweight. A heavy paperweight, but not what I had in mind when I purchased.A terrible product.

The dock is fantastic! I love the weight of the dock. It is not going anywhere. It will not be knocked over. Henge Docks is being very generous and complete will all of the inserts being provided for every possible device. One more thing, some people may not care, but I do. The packaging is first class. You know from the start that you have purchased a quality device. Great work Henge Docks!

Love them but super pricy; have yet to find something I like as much. But will not repurchase based on price.
