The media could not be loaded.  The first one I ordered didn't function. But we got a new one the following day after we reported the incident and didn't have to return the broken one. They came in good packages.Overall, the item is ok for its price and serves our purposes. However, the service was excellent. We're impressed.

My 20 month old has put this poor flashlight to the test and every time it comes out okay. I love that the handle fits into her hand perfect, she has no issues carrying it around. The light doesn't stay on and only turns on when she triggers it so I am not worried about the battery running out. It makes authentic adorable Blue sounds when triggered and is not annoying or loud. It doesn't play music or any long term sounds it just has the little bark noises Blue makes. I can see my daughter using this for a long time.

I got this for my sins 2nd birthday cause he is all about flashlights and he takes it everywhere! It went camping with us, he walks around the house an yard with it and he takes it to bed every night! 10/10 recommend!

I gifted this to my 2 year old daughter for Christmas. She uses it sporadically and loves it when she uses it. The light isn’t as bright as a regular flashlight but still puts off a lot of light for a child’s toy. The sounds of Blue’s Clues are clear and have good volume when you squeeze the handle to light the flashlight. Since she doesn’t use it often, I cannot rate durability. My daughter had trouble squeezing the handle since she is 2 years old but got better the more she played with it.

I purchased this flashlight for my grandson and the description states batteries included. Yup, DEAD batteries are indeed included. Several other reviewers have had the same problem. You give it as a gift and it doesn't work. At that point you don't know until you purchase three LR44 batteries that it's the batteries that are the issue. Not many people have extra LR44 batteries laying around their house to test it out either. I contacted Just Play Products customer service for help and they aren't of any service and certainly of no help. This was their copied & pasted reply:"Thank you for contacting us!The batteries that came within the item are temporary batteries that are meant to be used to test out the item while on retail shelves which is stated on the packaging. We recommend changing the batteries to new ones as they may weaken or lose charge prior to use.You’re welcome and we hope you have a great day!"I personally think the "you're welcome & hope you have a great day" was a serious ugh, when they offered such a nothing response. Buying online, you can't see that tiny writing about the batteries being temporary...err...dead. In a store, you wouldn't purchase it at all because it didn't work.My grandson likes the flashlight. It's cheaply made, Blue's head flops constantly, there is NOT an on/off button for the annoying sound effects, the replacement batteries are almost as expensive as the flashlight. Had my grandson not have seen the flashlight, I would have returned it.This is a not so great toy, coupled with terrible customer service, plus it would have been better if no batteries were included rather than dead ones, so you could have them on hand. I can't recommend purchasing this flashlight and I will avoid this manufacturer in the future.

My kiddos loved this. But had to get rid of it because I didn't read description thoroughly. It uses button batteries. It's so hard to find toys nowadays that don't use these dangerous batteries... let alone any batteries.

Lo compré para regalo, la lámpara es pequeña, pero es muy bonita y los sonidos le gustaron mucho a mi sobrino. Llegó antes de la fecha estimada. Funcionó muy bien, viene con pilas incluidas.

Muy buen producto, solamente que tuvimos que cambiar las pilas porque no encendía, de lo demás todo excelente

La lampara funciona como una luz de noche, pero es buen material resistente el plástico y el audio suena bien nada fuerte

Debo decir que al tenerla en mis manos me dio la sensación de que el plástico no resistiría la rudeza de mi hija de 3 años. Tras varias caídas y golpeteos debo decir que la linterna sigue funcionando perfectamente y el exterior está intacto. Además de lo anterior es muy bonita.
