Great supplement at a good price, but clear with doctor before taking.
Great supplement at a good price, but check with your doctor before taking. My doctor freaked out that I was taking this because "too much potassium can stop your heart." To be fair, if you take only 99mg per day of this stuff, that is not likely, but just make sure your dose aligns with your doctor's advice.

Low cost, reliable brand, and they seem to work
Low cost and they seem to work. We are dieting (low carb) and started getting some leg cramps. After a couple days of taking these three times a day, no leg cramps and haven’t had any since. Overtime, we have found this brand to be reliable, getting the product was fast, and no complaints on the vendor side. I’m not a doctor, but that’s good enough for me. Of course, do your own research or check with your friends doc.

Nice big bottle, plenty of capsules, cool design on the front for nerds. Nothing to complain about. Pro tip: don’t take more than 2 at once spread out doses.
