I work at the post office. I stand all day. My legs get sore and tired. I use this and my legs feel good again. It is so relaxing that I have to take a short nap after using it.

Good for swollen legs diabetes not good for plantar fasciitis. Freeze a water bottle and roll with your feet you're better off save the money.

I was experiencing some swelling in my feet and decided to try these for relief. I don't not sure that these boots are the reason, but the swelling is gone. I continue to use them a few times a weeks just for relaxation. I usually like to turn the airbag up to maximum strength. At first, I feel a bit too much pressure and it hurts a bit, but then I gradually start to enjoy the high intensity of the pressure. Overall a good addition to the self-care toolkit.

It is early days yet but I'm cautiously optimistic that it will alleviate the pain and numbness of my neuropathic feet. I do not expect miracles but to have some respite from the pain, if only temporary, is well worth having. The Shiatsu and air intensity is quite good. I find I use medium to high for both those settings. It will take a little while to get to the intensity you have selected so don't just jump from medium to high without waiting when it hasn't worked itself to that level of pressure yet. This is so soothing and gives your feet a really good massage. It's too early to say if it's going to improve my condition but just the lovely massage on very sore feet is worth every penny.

Product died after less than a year.. No Rhyme or reason.. it sucks because it was a good product up until then

My husband had had a liver transplant and loved having the leg things on at the godly and they suggested we get something similar for home since he would be down for awhile. Once we got him home he uses it every night (even if he’s been up and going for the day). I’ll be honest, it’s nice to use myself after a long day in a medical office for myself as well.

I can’t feel a lot of heat. The heat seems to work from the soles of my feet. I see that the temperature written in the instructions for use is 113°F, which is almost a bit higher than a normal person’s body temperature. I need to take off my socks and feel the heat, although the heat is not high, it feels warm after use.The leg compression feels good, and there are two strength options. It should work the same way the rubber airbags the doctor put on my legs before, by compression massaging the legs to push fluid out of them and improve blood circulation. After using it a few times my swelling has significantly reduced!!The balls on the toes of my feet are bigger than some of the other balls I've used, and it took me a while to get used to them, and I felt extra soft and comfortable on the carpet after each use.The instructions do not see that it can be removed and washed, but can only be wiped. It is not friendly to OCD because my husband has OCD. I am not. I can accept it.So far I am quite satisfied with the results!!!!!

The entire piece was cheap. The remote did not work, took several attempts to get it running. The Velcro is excessive. You need some serious muscle to get this on/off. And the overall product just didn’t work well. I do not recommend.
