No, they are just for glasses. Box says not for use on liquid crystal screens.

Yes, it contains alcohol. Directions say wipes are safe for glasses and sunglasses. I have used the wipes on both and haven't had any problems.

Would these work on safety glasses as well?

I use them for regular eyeglasses, so I think they would be OK for safety glasses, they are lightly premoistened.
