These are nice and inexpensive, and they seem to work well. I have another one that a friend gave me. But i wanted another one for working out my thumbs separately. I know these are adjustable, but I didn't feel like readjusting every time I did an exercise, and there's no way to get back to the same exact tension I was at before. With extras, I can keep them at a set tension, and adjust upward as my grip/ finger strength increases.

Great training tool for increasing muscle mast on forearms! I originally purchased these for my husband and also did try them myself. He was using them every day and within a couple weeks I was able to notice quite the difference in his forearms. He would just use them while sitting and watching TV. I would highly recommend this product!
