Me llegó el paquete sin el cable de conexión, y sin eso el producto no funciona! Tuve que comprar otro cable por separado!

The sheet seems of good quality no problems with that but the grounding cable was faulty. The clip on the end of the cable wasn't connected to the lead i had to soldier the wire on after pulling it apart. Check continuity of the cable before using.

I got these sheets for everyone in my house, and we are all sleeping better for it!

First off, someone said it doesn't fit a long size bed. It's not a flat sheet, it goes under your fitted sheet and probably best on top of your mattress pad since those are usually polyester. I'd also assume that it matters what kind of sheet you put over it.Secondly, since our house is old I checked the outlet to make sure it was grounded.I didn't tell my husband about it, he didn't move as much in his sleep on the first night. Then he asked me why our bed was making him so tired so I told him, he's working overtime as a mechanic so his body hurts. He's able to stay asleep longer and he does feel more rested. I waited over 10yrs to finally purchase one of these and I truly think it's an investment in our health
