Delicious, Hard to Find, Elevates a pasta meal
We made pesto and alfredo. This style of pasta is very elegant and tasty. Hard to overcook because the noodles are thick and the ruffles hold all the sauce. Yes it is much more expensive than a box of spaghetti. It is worth it. I paid 46 for 8 packs. I will buy it again when it runs out.
