After I set it up, I discovered that my car DOES have GPS and it works with my phone.So I returned the Unit for a Refund.I did have a lot of trouble with the dash holder. There are several parts and No directions.

The product took ages to get because the seller didn't take the time to put my apartment number on the box. In the end I had to go at my own expense to pick it up. The seller never even replied when I asked him if he put my apartment number on the label. Even though Amazon were paid by me to deliver it. The product is a total scam. Even Amazon set up a false engineer phonecall service, but when I put in number it would not recognize it, surprise surprise. I want my money back. No updates, no support, no downloadable maps, just a few demo maps. Then the battery became useless and the product needs to be plugged in all the time. All over the net people are asking HOW DO I UPDATE MY NAVRUF GPS. This company should be banned. I'm really not exaggerating, it's the worst. Don't waste your time or money on it. They deserve to go out of business . The product does not work as advertised. Its basically a piece of crap. No side available to install maps. It is completely useless.
