HAPPY!!!!!! WILL BUY AGAIN!!!! I rarley write reviews I am one of those people that read reviews before I buy anything and do weeks of research. I often think most reviews are fake. This product had the most reviews it cost a little more than the others but I would rather it work than waste my money. Anyway, I am 48yr old and workout 5-7 times a week (1 to 2 hours), I coach sports year around for my 3 kid so I am on the field or court at least 5 days a week. As I have gotten older I have found it difficult to keep muscle mass on even with taking in 2000-2500 cals a day. I have worked out since I was in my teens. I have always had bulk with some cut. Trying to keep a happy medium has been difficult for the past 5 years. Week 4... I am seeing size, thicker shoulders, and arms and more definition. Veins are starting to surface I have not seen in 10 yrs. I never weigh myself but if you workout you know if veins are showing you are cutting fat. ****I can even say I feel a mood change and I am normally a happy guy. So that says a lot to me. ****Lastly, I did not buy this for sex, I mean I ain't 20yr old no more but everything works pretty good. I would say this has increased my hang time. Thats a bonus!!!!!!

Don’t know exactly if it were the turk that helped accelerate my progression or just the mentality of it working but I’ve had a significant increase of strength in both bench and squat. I’ve been training for around 3 years and all I can say is that I’ve noticed some rapid differences. I put 20lbs on my bench and around 30-50 on my squat in 2 weeks. And before this, this type of progression would take me more than a couple of weeks or even months. I don’t feel as sore as I did and as for hunger, I would say I’ve been feeling hungrier. Body weight is around the same ~+2 lbs and I feel like my fitness has improved in terms of cardio. Overall, recovery time, strength, and cardio has been superb compared to my prior self so I would say give this supplement a try IF you have the money. Oh and also, anything else like hormonal changes hasn’t been an issue as I’ve been feeling the same. Don’t rlly have any blood work so idk how else to prove that LOL

It wasn't till the 2nd month did I start seeing the strength gains. So it does work but not fast. Probably require 3 bottles to see real results. Good product but if you can find it cheaper by a good brand? Save your money. Don't see any benefits of buying this brand. However I am a Gorilla mind fan I'm not entirely sold on it being better than others.

Been powerbuidling for the past 5 years and have hit a bit of a wall . started taking a 30 day cycle of this, and ive gained 5 pounds with in the first month of taking this, also my bench has increased about 20 pounds, this isnt a miracle drug by anymeans you have to have everything else in tuned in order for this to work but if you have diet, programming on point you will definitely see a difference. A little bit pricey though.

I took the effort to get in shape and maybe bulk up a little. I bought these 2 months ago, and take 2 a day. One in the morning with breakfast, one in the afternoon with lunch. They create a definite chemical burp taste that is very distinct and mildly concerning. Combined with the turk, at the start of taking these I ensured I started a good diet, with a very slight calorie deficit, and going to the gym at least 3 times a week for weight training with 1 to 2 cardio days a week. I started at 170lbs and ended the 2 months at 164.5lbs. Body fat: 17.8% to 16.4% Skeletal muscle: 53.1% to 54% Muscle mass: 133.4lbs to 130.8lbs I have been taking in about 1g of protein per lb of body weight each day during these last 2 months. Noticeably with the calorie deficit I'm losing weight, but also losing muscle. Yes my muscle percent went up, but my muscle mass went down. Fat is burning more than muscle. Meaning that these are not providing a meaningful Avenue to muscle growth if you're in a calorie deficit. At BEST it barely helps protect against muscle loss, but studies show protein has been proven to protect against muscle loss, so I cannot give that point to turk. Given the results I'd say that this works not at all. Between the strict nutrition I've been following, consistent gym, and protein intake, I don't believe there would have been any difference with or without these. I've ran out of my 2 months supply now, and I will see for the next 2 months if anything changes. I will keep the same routine and nutrition plan.

Nothing wrong with the seller, very fast shipping, everything as expected. As for the product itself, the first week or so I did feel like it helped but close to finishing the whole bottle and now and really don't notice much of a difference. There are better producsts I can find elsewhere, this didn't do much for me.

I was curious about this product and heard mixed reviews. But i decided to give it a shot. Bought it Friday march 22nd. I just finished day 2. Im starting to feel confident enough already because on day one i took 2 pills in the morning (not following recommended dosage lol) and then 2 more in the afternoon. I felt more endurance but i thought to myself maybe its just the pre-workout i took too. But it was a different feeling then usual. Now today ive been experiencing raging Labido to the point that sensitive touch with my partner is enough to drive me. Maybe its something else im taking idk. But also probably im starting with 4 pills a day. I might pop 5 tomorrow and see what happens but probably 4 is my current safe spot for now. Ill come back in a month to see if a get noticeable physical improvements wich was my original reasoning on buying this is for physical fitness. But for sure i believe this is a natural labito booster. But we'll see for sure after some more time. So far its promising.

I’ve been working out for the last 5 years consistently and have tried many (too many) “natural” supplements. Other than creatine, Turkesterone has been the only one that seems to work and provide results for me. My strength increased drastically with this product. I took three capsules a day.. one right before I worked out and spaced the other two out evenly throughout the day. I only took for 40 days (two 60 count bottles) and had no negative side effects. The only downfall of this product I’ve noticed is that after I stopped taking it, I lost a lot of the strength. I would recommend this product and I will buy again.
