Great for the price
This guy is dead simple to use and sounds great. If it’s not transparent, it’s wry close to it—but mono. You do have to work on your timing/coordination/memory to get perfect loops, but it’s doable. Most loopers are just as challenging in this regard. The Ditto+ is a very similar looper for twice the price, but still worth it for its ability to import loops and thus have perfectly timed loops. This looper claims to be able to do it, but it doesn’t seem to work with my computer. There’s a chance the Ditto+ wouldn’t either but I decided that I really don’t need that functionality anyway. It is possible to just ‘loop’ a backing track on this device. The Ditto+ also has more memory slots, but 9 is enough for me. If you want preprogrammed drums, extended overdubs (the Ditto+ does that) and/or stereo, there are other loopers that will fill the void. A simple, cheap, perfect sounding mono looper with 9 memory slots is what you have here. It has a built in tuner as well if you don’t have perfect pitch or good relative pitch, but I’ve never used it. The fact that it comes with a power supply is very nice. Unbeatable for the price. Right now I just put my backing tracks in just like I was looping. It works really well though it would be nice to drag and drop. I guess I’ll have to read the manual to see if I can get the drag/drop backing tracks to work. I’d say you can’t go wrong with this looper as long as it has every function you are looking for.

Helpful Boost
I like this pedal. Both the clean and distortion settings work well and the controls offer a wide range of adjustments. The build seem solid.

Great product. Get the option with the pwr adapter
I gave this product 4 stars because it's offered with or without the power adapter which I feel should come with it on general principle, isn't the easiest to jump right into, and a bit smaller than you'd expect from a foot pedal. Also has Bluetooth capable switch (sold separately) That said this thing is tiny. I was really surprised at how small it is. But it feels like it's of good quality and weighty in the hand. The switch is good and tactile for lack of a better term. It's nice and clicky. It came in a very nice box and very well packaged. The instructions that came with it aren't the easiest to follow if you're a dummy like me. And the interface isnt the most intuitive. All that aside, I'm very happy with my purchase. After a little fiddling and figuring, it works great and has a ton of features and capabilities for the price. My biggest criticism of this product is while it has unlimited over dub feature, there's no way to switch from one loop to the next seamlessly without said Bluetooth foot switch that's mentioned in the instruction manual. All in all, really cool little pedal and worth the money. Would be great if you were building an effects board as it would save a ton of room. And having a tuner built in is really handy as it's not something I usually have...so for one to just be thrown into such a tiny package is cool. There's a lot more you can do with it....but like I said, the instruction manual isn't the most descriptive; the company could've done more to highlight and explain all of its features.

You Don't Have To Play Alone Anymore
I'm 72 and have been playing guitar and bass for 50 years. The last 35 have been playing alone at home. I'm not capable to play 2 guitars at the same time like Stanley Jordan. So, this little looper is a real nice way to play along to anything you can input. Play a song and play along to it. Great to now play leads over rythmic tracks. Really good quality and easy to use. Also easy to save the loops on my Mac. The tuner works great too. It's fun and inexpensive .

How is it this good!?
I've been playing guitar on and off (mostly off, lately) for over 15 years. Recently, I decided to build a "GuitOrgan" (Guitar-Organ) rig. I've got a nice organ pedal and reverb pedal, but wanted to add some boost before the organ pedal that wouldn't color the tone. I suspect LEKATO is a newer company, and I've tried low cost stompboxes from new companies that quickly went away, and their pedals did too with regard to working order, so I was a bit hesitant on getting this pedal. With regards to longevity, time will tell. But I hope this thing outlives me, for the summary reason in the review title. I was expecting a "transparent-ish" overdrive that would maintain a flat attack and breakup, and just muddy up once the knobs were turned up enough, but WOW. This pedal is really clear!! Now, that's with the pedal in it's normal state. Flipping the toggle switch to 'TS' (Tubescreamer) will indeed slightly color the tone and give a predictable attack and breakup, but that's what a Tubescreamer style pedal will do. For me, flipping the switch to the unmarked mode is where this pedal shines! Even with the pedal dialed past unity gain (12 o' clock on the knob), varying your pick attack will drastically change how this pedal drives! With a clean amp tone, pick very softly, and this pedal will add just a little hair to your tone, perfect if you want just a touch more pizzazz. The harder you pick/strum, the more aggressively this pedal drives your sound! This is huge to me because the last time I tried a new OD/Distortion pedal, this behavior was reserved for cutting edge pedals and/or pedals that had actual vacuum tubes in them. Maybe I'm just behind on the times, but if I'm not, then I've found quite a gem here! And of course, the pedal will respond to input volume. Running hot humbuckers with the volume on the guitar maxed will cause this pedal to produce sizzling crunch, while mellow single coils with the volume dialed down will just add a little hair. Speaking of the crunch, I like this pedal in that regard. The overdriven tone it produces, to my ear, sits nicely between tight and focused and loose and spongy. It's very well balanced and doesn't try to direct your amp's tone. I did buy this for the GuitOrgan rig but... Man, I really want to dust off my 5 watt Ampeg and run my Carvin Bolt through this pedal into the amp, and I bet it will give me a SPECTACULAR blues tone! But I digress here. On the surface, this pedal seems solid. Metal enclosure, the footswitch feels robust, the jacks feel tight, etc. But as I said, time will tell if this pedal is of good build quality. But for now, especially at the sale price I got it at, this pedal is a gem and boasts spectacular tone quality if you truly want a transparent, dynamic overdrive!

Has a popping noise intementently. Still trying to get the hang of using it. Instructions could be better. Good price, good value, if I get rhe bugs worked out.

Fabuloso para uso amateur, fácil de usar, muy intuitivo, las luces ayudan mucho a armar un loop. No mete ruido, se ve muy resitente, es metálico y pesado.
