This bed is a rock!
I had a Saturday set aside to do the unthinkable: put together this king-sized monster all by myself. I had to use a couple of chairs to brace the headboard and keep it from falling face down...and a barstool to hold it in place from the back...but once stable, it was the easiest set-up I've ever done. Of course it took me some time (doing it by myself). But it was easy as pie. Only thing...some of the letters were missing from the parts board. Particularly the big "z" washers...which you will need immediately to put together the headboard. Just remember that...and the rest is easy-breezy. And now the finished product: Rock Solid and BEAUTIFUL! It doesn't move, it doesn't creak, it doesn't shake. And once you lock those locknuts and bolts in place, that frame is like the chassis of GM truck: it does not move. The slats are pretty solid too! I really like the way they actually "snap" into place, as opposed to the slats on previous beds which come in an accordion-style cord...which can shift from time to time. These can't go anywhere, because the weight of the mattress (and you) are holding them in place. I ordered the Dream Cloud Premium King Hybrid mattress (107 pounds). I weigh about 190. So the 900 pound weight max for these slats is not even a factor..(even if I had 2 or 3 two-hundred pound people join me (NOT). Overall, I think this is one of the best bedding products out there. I even liked the hidden parts and tool chest inside the headboard: it's velcro'd in there. Thought I was ripping the cover off the back of the headboard, because of this red tape attached to a bag. Turns out, it was supposed to be pulled (from the bottom up) to reveal all you need to put the bed together. And once done, you simply put the velcro cover back on. They thought of everything. I love this bed. And I give it a 5-plus!

I made a great choice!!
I searched and searched for the bed I would choose. There were similar versions of this bed by different makers on all the sites, many of them cheaper than this one. But after much research and buying this bed, I am very happy and believe it was worth every penny. Its beautiful, and the fabric looks/feels expensive. I put it together alone and it took me a few hours. There are a lot of moving parts, and I get frustrated with "picture instructions" that don't include written instructions. So, I just took my time and it came together perfectly. Note that I saw other reviews where people had issue with the slats staying in place after they slept on the bed. I found that because the slats are slightly curved, (instructions don't say or show which way to face the curve, my logic said the curve goes on the top) once both sides are in the end pieces, the pegs to the outside do not meet up with the holes. If you press down on the center of the slat it moves the pegs to the holes, and I used a rubber mallet to knock them into the holes. One last thing, the headboard is not as tall as many, so if you want it to show when the bed is made, I recommend a 12" deep or smaller mattress.

I’m in love!
I LOVE my new bed. It looks exactly as it does in photos. It came well packed and was fairly easy to unload all the pieces. It did take about 3 hours to assemble just because the frame is several pieces and you have to put in a lot of screws and washers but it was totally worth it. It’s beautiful. Good quality velvet, gorgeous color, feels sturdy, perfect height with my 10” mattress. I absolutely love it. Well worth the money!

Love Love Love
Took me 5 hours to put together lol but I did it alone! (I’m 5’1 so it was a little difficult to hold some pieces) but I did it. I’ve had to retighten a couple times I’m not super strong either but otherwise it’s beautiful

Poor quality bed frame
Bed only lasted 4 months before the middle frame began to slope and the entire frame fell apart. Our previous bed which we had for 10 years was way better and sturdier than this.

Beautiful Headboard
This headboard is absolutely gorgeous! It was relatively easy to put together as the instructions were great and the labeling system of the various nails, screws, etc. to use was fantastic!

The box was all broken and dirty. It looks like it was a used one or returned item.
Two persons need to assemble this bed frame, one hole to screw side bar to the bed frame right-side of wing was missing. but, I think it will hold with one missing screw. I got it on sale, very good price, but it didn't say it was an open box item. I kept it just because it was too much hassle to return this heavy item.
