Nice Book Help Players and coaches

Loved this book from first to last. Some many stunning facts that you would not have dreamt it. Followed few tips given in the book and it was a game changer for me. Would recommend this book to all tennis players and **coaches** it has something for everyone.

I am not a tennis player. But, i have purchased it and gifted to my daughter. She is taking professional training in tennis at Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Once, I have skimmed (few chapters) of the book and impressed a lot. It is really an essential book for tennis players.

Ian has given a Excellent tennis book, i had pre ordered it much early and nice to read it. Decades of experience in crystal format. Go for it any time.

I have never seen (on his videos) or read (in his book) advice that has not been helpful. While the videos are instructional, it is sometimes hard for me to remember which strategy Ian would recommend when I am in a stressful moment on the court, not knowing where to be or which strategy is best. In reading the book, it is easier for me to retain Ian's recommendations in my mind and memory. I have played tennis for many years, and after each major injury and/or surgery, my level has dropped. But when I return to re-read Essential Tennis, I can almost hear Ian's encouraging voice, and I go over the strategies recommended. The next day my coach says that I am, again, improving in my play.

I am only half way through but loving the tips and tools in this book! Lots of study points to perfect my game! Well done!

I have read many tennis book and if I had to recommend one to my best friend, that would be this one from Essential Tennis. Ian has done a fantastic job combining keys items from the mental, tactical and technical side of tennis in a super easy to read format! The book is well completed by online videos (via QR code) which really make the experience complete. Honestly, do not go any further, this is the best tennis book which I have read several times now! Thanks Ian!!!
