This infuser is easy to use and clean and makes excellent tea and keeps it hot. I use the travel sleeve so the bottle is always cool to the touch while the tea is hot. Very well made and I keep it on my office desk and use it every day. Highly recommended for tea lovers. So much better than nasty tea bags!

I love tea and this is a game changer! You add the lose leaf tea into the infuser and fill it up with hot water. You can make it as strong as you like. The sleeve it comes with keeps it hot for hours. Over all the design is perfect for tea lovers. like myself.

I really like this product. The thick glass makes it very durable, and the bottle is the perfect size for holding an adequate amount of liquid while still being easy to carry around. I appreciate how functional it is, whether serving loose leaf tea or fruit-infused beverages. It opens easily and offers good value for the money. I also like that it is transparent, allowing me to watch the brewing process and easily determine when it's time for a refill. My main complaint is that not all parts are dishwasher safe. Someone who prefers the convenience of a portable container like this likely doesn't have time to hand wash it every day.

Nice gift for tea lovers

This item works like it says. The double wall insulated glass holds cold or heat for decent amount of time. What I like best about as opposed to my 18 oz Yeti is that with the Yeti if you put something fresh hot in it and hour later it's still way too hot to drink without burning your mouth. Zen tea tumbler holds heat long enough to keep it warm, but not so hot that you can't drink it. After waiting about 15 or 20 minutes the tea or coffee inside should be cooled down enough to enjoy without burning yourself. What I don't like about it, is that the infuser does let some small particles escape form the infuser. I brewed some Japanese Sencha green tea in it for the first two brews, and it did let some of the sediment escape. However when I brewed some loose leaf Massala Chai tea it seemed to work better. if you were to take a tea bag and cut it open and dump into the infuser basket, bag tea usually uses finer broken leavers and therefore will allow for sediment in your drink. But if you use a quality loose leaf tea with longer leaf structure it will work better. To be clear I do not have an issue with the way that the infuser basket infuses. It infuses the tea just fine. The infuser is very easy to use screws on and off with ease. I would suggest to this company that they might try using a different mesh material for the infuser basket much like that screen mesh used for the Finum brewing baskets. Otherwise it's great. The media could not be loaded. 1st hot water used it pops The gas in the expansion must be air only when he expands it cracks to the glass, making it dangerous should be recalled the strainer would be OK for powdered tea. Define mash strainer will not let it totally infuse not good for oriental tea, ground tea ground coffee should be OK now that I see others are having the same problem. They sent me a new one. I’m gonna ask for a refund they sent a new one in one day did not read the reviews first I like the looks. I like the idea of the strainer being on the bottom but lost half my flavor so I am returning. Does not hold heat.
