I really appreciate them making sure their customers are happy with their purchase. Thank you!--------------I literally just received this vacuum.Was super excited that I even waited for the delivery person outside.I just moved into a new apartment 2 weeks ago and hadn't vacuumed since.I have a hairy dog who sheds tons everyday and I figured my broom won't be much of help so I decided to purchase a vacuum.I used to use Dyson v8 animal (it's in my parents' house now). Since I do not have much money now after long distance moving and wanted to try out other brand than Dyson, I bought this particular vacuum after reviewing reviews and ratings.To cut it short, I am super disappointed by how weak this vacuum sucks. I mean they do their jobs, picking up hairs and dusts etc. but not really well...1. Very weak suction powerI mean, I thought there would be more power option to choose when I chose the max power because it was like the weaker power option of my Dyson v8. With Dyson v8, because of its strong suction power, dust and hairs around the brush would come sucked themselves. However, this vacuum, with its very weak suction power, you need to go through every single pathway possible to pick up everything. Even when hair is right next to the brush or even at the end of the brush, you actually need to move a bit to straight above to have it sucked in to the vacuum.For carpet.. given that I was already disappointed by how it works on hardwood floor, I already expected how it would work. OMG... the vacuum couldn't pick up things :( It was able to pick up some hair or other that were obviously on the surface of carpet, but not in between or deep inside the carpet.I wonder if my vacuum is doing how it was supposed to do.. did I get a poor one?2. Not very lightHmm.. For me it was not really light. I was kind of hoping that it would be really light as it was stated in the description but it is as heavy as dyson v8 for me to hold it with only one hand to clean window blinds.3. Cleaning brushAgain, my dog sheds tons. I have to constantly clean a brush bar to prevent it from being jammed and not working. It's not as easy for those who also have dogs with lots of daily hairs. With only 7 mins vacuuming, our brush was already tangled with hair (but it still works fine) and I just cleaned it with the tool they provided. It's a good tool helping getting rid of tangled hairs but I wish the bar had at least one side open (?) like Dyson so that I can just push everything out through that side (this one has two side blocked by the roller attachments.Pros:Although I am not too happy with the purchase and I am not sure if I received a poor product, I like how it smoothly rolls on both hardwood and carpet surface. Maybe that smoothness also played a bit of role in making me feel much weaker suction of the product. In addition to that or similar to that, the maneuverability of this vacuum is really great. Very easy to go here and there smoothly!Regarding these two aspects, I think this product does well beyond Dyson v8 although the real question is does this vacuum do the jobs they supposed to do (cleaning well!!).

This is a great value. I keep in my RV. I have 2 dogs, there's way any stick vacuum would be adequate for my house, but it's great for the RV. The suction isn't as strong as a Dyson, but it's plenty good enough, and the suction to cost ratio is much better.The one major annoying thing, and the reason I took off a star, is that when you start the vacuum back up it always goes back in to low-suction mode. That saves battery, but is to weak to be useful. So every time you start it back up, you have to switch it back over to high-suction mode. Certainly not a dealbreaker, just something that's annoying. I hope they update it so that it stays in whatever mode it was last on.

My husband suggested buying this for our floors after he saw my sister use this at her house. She said she was happy with the performance, quality, and price of the vacuum. This vacuum cleaner is very quiet and lightweight, has good suction, and is easy to maneuver. We have a two-story, 2200 sq ft house and we can do all the floors typically on one charge. All hard floors (no carpet). Natural hardwood upstairs and COREtec LVP on the main level. Battery takes about 4 hours to charge. Once the battery dips below 20% we intentionally drain it completely before recharging. We've had this for 3 month and so far it is working great. I do have concerns that the company is "paying" for 5-star reviews. I left a 4-star review during the process to activate the warranty via instructions that came with the vacuum. I mentioned that I wish the battery charge would last just a little longer, but overall it was acceptable. After "successfully activating the warranty" and leaving that review, I received an email stating they were sending me a spare battery at no charge, which I received promptly and was very happy about. That said, they did ask for a 5-star review. My experience with their customer service (Amber) was great and they do seem to want to give everyone the best possible service and a great product. I still stand by my 4-star review, which is how I rated it before receiving the spare battery. We've had no issues with the vacuum cleaner so far and it works very well for our purposes, which is general floor clean-up 1-3 times a week (I also will use a micro fiber cloth to dust the floors as vacuums never can remove the dust film, just the particles). We get at least 20-25 minutes on a single charge.

Great so far for light to medium pickup in 30 to 35 munutes of runtime.This product in this advertisement was not the advertised 400 watt Hero 8 pro for heavy pickup with 50 to 55 minutes. Please correct this to Hero 8 250 watt advertisement in Amazon. Thanks.

I have vinyl floors and absolutely hate having to sweep my entire home so I didn’t do it often or would just do it in sections. I refused to buy a cheap vacuum but it dis take me a while to cave and buy one that cost more than id like to spend but when I purchased this product it was the best decision I made when it came to cleaning products. Now I don’t even hesitate to pick up my vacuum and start cleaning not to mention it takes me half the time then it did when I swept. This product is light weight and small and works great I would recommend it 100%.
