Amazon were very quick to refund this product which is great.I would not recommend it, did not work, not powerful enough, too flimsy. A definite no no.

Al principio funcionaba bastante bien aunque la potencia de absorción no era excesiva pero después de usarlo 3 o 4 veces empezó a apagarse 10 segundos después de encenderlo y ya es imposible utilizarlo pues la batería dura máximo 10 segundos.Me parece muy caro para lo que he obtenido y encima no me da la opción de devolver ni hablar con el vendedor...

Got my hoover last week. As all the other reviews say my hoover stopped working properly after second time of charging. Works for 10seconds and then switches off itself. I was about to send it back. My mrs used the hoover today and same again turned off after 10 seconds. BUT all we needed to do was empty it and clean filter it works fine 😂. My only complaint is battery dont last very long about 12-15 min but it works great on the cat hair.I think they should put in the description about the empty and clean filter part. Loads of people must have sent this hoover back. When it actually works fine.Would recommend this product 100%

This is a really portable vacuum cleaner. Only let down with its tricky assembly and if it hadn’t been for YouTube I probably would still be scratching my head how to put it together. This was a case of a picture doesn’t paint a thousand words. Tricky to fit the chamber and vacuum together after emptying but in terms of vacuuming - the best I’ve ever had. Come on hoover - we could do with a little help. Also like other reviewers I have experienced the appallingly short battery life. I have taken extra care to optimise charging by not having it on charge all the time. Now it barely holds a charge for 10 secs so essentially useless. Don’t waste your money assuming the brand is worth it - it is not! Buy a different brand and read the reviews.

Right I’ll start off by saying that this Vacuum is ideal for cleaning places that don’t require a full powerful vacuum cleaner, especially good for dusting along skirting board, window sills etc, also when you have kids you know the mess they can make with a biscuit this is perfect for cleaning up these!I had noticed before I bought this product about multiple reviews noting that the battery cut out after 10 seconds following a few days of using this. I also had this problem and was a click away from sending it back. However, I done a bit of investigated first and realised the it was only when the collection system was attached that this happened. Upon removing the filter it was filled with fine dust, once this was cleaned, the vacuum was back to normal. This is due to the vacuum having a thermal cut out to avoid overheating within the motor.Hope this helps.Overall, this is worth the money for the small stuff, it has good suction, extremely lightweight and has a good battery life, considering the size of it.

This is my very first purchase of a hand held cleaner and I must say that I am impressed. The H Handy 700 came well packaged. Without using the instructions, I was able to put together the charging base. The back of the charging unit has a handy space to store the 3 in 1 tool.It feels lightweight and comfortable in my hand. For its small size the H Handy 700 it does have a strong suction power.I have used it to clean up crumbs on the dining table and kitchen surfaces. The hand held cleaner makes it easier to clean my carpeted stairs instead of using my full sized vacuum cleaner. The brush tool is great for cleaning along the skirting boards.The canister for holding the dust/dirt is small so it does get full quite quickly but it is easy to open up and empty. The battery charge seems ok, I used it a few times for about 5 minutes and noticed the light battery low flashing. It doesn’t seem to take too long to charge.When not in use the whole unit fits nicely on my kitchen counter and fits in nicely with my other appliances. The price is reasonable and I more than happy that I made this purchase.
