It was not met my expectations, last time I ordered the same item with same specifications and I received it and it look different than what I received this time.

It makes the hair dry

I love Milkshake hair products and tried to buy the Integrity Shampoo because it is a SODIUM CHLORIDE FREE and this sellers listing stated so too. HOWEVER, a bottle arrived and immediately I noted it looked different (Even though it’s the Integrity Shampoo) from the one on the Amazon listing, so I immediately checked the ingredients: it CONTAINS SODIUM CHLORIDE! Had to return, as I cannot use SC based products on my keratin Brazilian treated hair, as it strips the keratin off. If only the seller would sell the item advertised, I would not have to waste my time, energy and cost of fuel to return it via my local Hermes/RM depot! So frustrating when you do you homework, selecting a product ADVERTISED as SALT/Sodium Chloride FREE and its not! I gather this is old stock being sold off, after MS changed the formulation to be SC FREE!

I generally do like Milkshake products but I didn't feel that this made any improvement to my hair at all. The shampoo left it feeling quite coarse post wash and the conditioner didn't improve it all that much.I don't think the smell is very pleasant either.

I love the conditioner in this range but the shampoo which is so expensive is not to be recommended. My hair looked great after ordinary shampoo and the milk shake intensive treatment but when I used the milkshake shampoo and the conditioner it looked dull and flat. Gone back to original shampoo

Even though it doesnt say it, my hair would get greasy and lifeless on the second day after washing with any other shampoo. With this one i voul realsiticly push to 3 to 4 days without washing it, wich is amazing!!! Smels lovely too! It is on the more expensive side for me but totally worth it!

Love this leaves my hair feeling soft and moisturised
