Mother Dirt Sulfate Free Shampoo, Natural and Preservative Free, 3.4 fl oz (3-Pack)

I found this shampoo by accident when house sitting and then bought it in bulk for myself! I rarely write reviews but this has worked so well for me that I felt compelled. I had a horrible flaky scalp that I tried all sorts of shampoos for (tree-tree, head and shoulders, Nizol, etc. etc.) as well as prescriptions with no success. Since using Mother Dirt, my dandruff is completely gone AND my fine, straight, limp hair seems fuller and has more body. Totally worth the cost, especially since my hair doesn't get oily as fast so I am not washing it as often.

My doctor recommended this shampoo for scalp psoriasis. After using one full bottle, I have not seen any results.

I purchased this directly from Mother Dirt. I have eczema on my scalp that has plagued me for years. The shampoo gave me some significant relief from the itching. I did drop it once and the whole bottle fell apart - most of the shampoo went down the drain. Perhaps a more robust container would be in order. I had some issues with the pump with my second purchase and had to take it apart to get to the shampoo. It's a bit pricey for the amount of shampoo you get but I think I'll buy it agaIn.

I would like to add that Mother Dirt DOES LISTEN and CARE about reviews; I was refunded my purchase WITHIN MINUTES of verifying my order number. Iwill try to dilute the shampoo and wash again. This product claims to be safe for color-treated hair; I sure hope so. I have used this shampoo twice now. One can go for 3-4 days between shampoos. But, and this is the issue for me: this shampoo seems to be quite harsh; my hair is nearly impossible to comb, having the texture of cotton candy after washing. It is more like dish detergent than shampoo. I have short hair, color treated. With regular shampoo, like "Color Proof" Volumizing Shampoo, my hair is easy to comb after washing. And I don't experience hair loss (hair all over sink as I comb out, in shower drain after washing) I may attempt to return 2 of my three bottle purchase through Amazon online.

This stuff makes my scalp so HAPPY!

Love the shampoo but due to the price I gave a 4 star. I hope in time the price will come down.
