This sheepskin is everything I wanted and more for my dorm room! It's soft, nice color, and fits the vibe I wanted perfectly. There is some slight shedding, which I expected. I love that it came with a care guide, along with samples of faux fur vs. genuine sheepskin. I will definitely order from here again when I want another sheepskin rug!!

I’ve ordered three brands claiming to be luxury sheepskin rugs. I’m returning two today. THIS is the one!! So happy, I just ordered three more . I’m returning two from another brand and I won’t mention their name. Side by side there’s no comparison. The back of this rug is stitched around the edges where the other rugs have raw edges. The other rugs felt OK, but not very soft and really full of static. THIS rug feel silky soft and is noticeably longer and more dense. The other brands I ordered were a little over an inch long(fur). THIS rug ‘s fur is approx 3” long and dense. Sooo silky and plush. The only downside -and the company actually sent a guide, explaining it… is there is a slight yellow tinge. The other rugs are flat out yellow. This company explains that bright white would include toxins like formaldehyde and bleaching powder. So I’m fine w that. Just don’t put it against a bright white wall or fireplace. Otherwise it’s not noticeable. I’m sure I’ll be buying even more to put throughout my home. I could not be happier with this!!! They understood the assignment❤️❤️❤️- also- the price. About the same as the lesser rugs that are going back. LOVE. Puppy does too🤣Ok. I came back to edit my review. Still positive. I apparently ordered ivory not white. I have two white ones coming Sunday so will report back and show color comparison. I was saying that the white isn’t white white and the company does explain what that entails. Other companies selling same color are VERY yellow and this isn’t. Also no strong smell to it. 👍

Super soft and well-crafted. The rich brown color is exactly what I was expecting. It does not slip and feels wonderful under my feet in the morning.

I bought this sheepskin to use in my motorcycle seat and there were a few questions I had before and after purchasing not answered in the description or in available reviews.Because I'm using it for my motorcycle, I wondered how it would weather the elements and how easy it would be to clean.I was also curious about the size and how it would fit.There is another review for the product screaming in all caps not to wash. Well, when using as a seat cushion on a bike, you really want to be able to wash it. And yes, you can. I bought a lighter color because my bike (at the time) was white. Riding through the rain, on interstates, on gravel and through city traffic, it definitely got dirty. The pictures included are after washing. I washed in my front loader, gentle cycle with Woolite and put in the dryer on air only. Yes, it took a hot minute and I only dried it to the point of most of the backing being relatively dry. I then brushed it and hung it to continue drying the back. She looks great!It did shed a bit while brushing but no surprise there. I'll probably treat the backing with some leather conditioner when it's fully dried.Fit was also good, actually a little big, even for my Road Glide. I'll probably trim it down just a bit so it doesn't continue to interfere with closing my saddlebag.I also got a number of compliments on it during our 12 state, 4k mile trip and shared the link to a couple guys interested.All in all, this seems like a great "rug" at a decent price. Time will tell on the full durability. So far, so good.

Hmm. I'm not sure if this is "authentic" as in "organic sheepskin" or I'm just too dated with what once was considered "Real Fur". This particular pc is very "THICK" and the backing is heavy coarse (almost cardboard texture) not suede-soft, like the ways I'm used to seeing / feeling. I grew up with all this "real fur" sheepskin rugs and throws, this one however, is VERY STIFF (BUT SOFT). it almost doesn't feel real. It seems highly treated that even some faux fur feels more real than this. The only thing that throws it off from becoming truly "Faux" is it's smell. It smells like real sheepskin and the fur itself has the inconsistencies organically. However, that said, even **IF** my suspicions runs true, the product is good (for the price tag I would've paid for if faux), and for what it is used (a throw over small leisure furnitures). Maybe in a few months or time, this fur will relax and the genuine deterioration will occur.

Excellent quality and gorgeous color added an elegant vibe to my bedroom. It feels great on the skin.
