I use 4-5 times the amount of herbs suggested in directions in a 8 oz cold brew refrigerated for at least 12 hours.This strong tea is strained and poured into an ice cube tray making 12 portions. Everyday I add one cube to my water bottle.I have taken many of these medicinal herbs on their own and the taste is awful. This blend has made them palatable.

It taste great and it smells amazing

I am an avid tea drinker and I'm very picky with the types I like. This is definitely one of my favorites. It is subtle but still enough flavor to make it delicious. I was so enamored that I finished it rather quickly and I can't wait to try the other flavors and re order this one. It was worth the money !!

Made me sleepy, i looked up the ingredients, i think its the ashwanghanda that makes me sleepy. I could not stay awake. Relaxing but I have to work and do homework. Taste is strong ok for having tumeric.

Great Tea! Definitely boosts your brain especially if you're studying or you have projects you're working on in regards to school or work. I recommend to purchase!

Brain boost tea - tea has a very pleasant smell and not an overwhelming taste when brewed, very easy to drain. Tastes very good cold or hot, kept me alert but not over caffeinated throughout the morning. Tip: keep the bag refrigerated once opened.
