Easier than you think to install
Received, used a 13mm socket that just fit the outer diameter, extension and a hammer with some lubricant to help. Make sure you hit it straight, my method will damage it a little but it’s not making contact with anything that would cause an issue. Clean it with a dremel after if you’re ocd but this is super easy, excellent deal took me less than a minute to install of course mine is on a bench but even under a car you’ll be fine.

Seems to work!
2005 E64 with the 6 speed ZF GS6-53bzDoes its job. Be prepared for some serious effort trying to install this thing. I used an aluminum bar to reach in the bell housing and pounded on the other end with a hand sledge. It took about 30 minutes of wailing (with some intermittent breaks) with the sledge to get it all the way in. I would recommend two things:1) Use lube. Oh yeah lube it so much.2) Get a wire pipe cleaner or a Dremel and wire clean the inside of the hole.3) A little heat doesn't hurt. Aluminum expands way more than Stainless, so torch the hole a little.

I had to file the trans a little to get it in the hole.
The only real complaint is that the wire clip that holds it in place was not with it and was not available. I had to make something to work. I would not buy it again without that clip.

Fits tighter than the OEM BMW stainless steel clutch pivot pin
You're going to have to grind a little off the pin or bore out the transmission case to make this fit. Not worth the savings unless you need the Prime shipping

Fits E30 Getrag 260 but with modifications
This is a great product but it’s not a direct fit for the E30 chassis with a manual Getrag 260 transmission. The hole that the pin goes in to is too small for this pivot pin. Grab a 25/64” drill bit and drill the hole in the transmission out. Use a socket on an extension to install with a hammer.

Fit my E46 330ci just fine
Took a few taps to get it in, its certainly a bit snug. But all in all I expect it'll do the job just fine.
