Not 3mm.
We have 3mm punches from Tandy and Weaver. These are not 3mm or if they are they are measured differently. They look to be ok quality but they are just useless for what we wanted them for.

Great punches for leatherwork

Affordable entry level punches
I recently got into leather work and bought these figuring "hey they're cheap they'll be fine for now", well I have had these for months now and have done many many leather projects. These punches have held up quite nicely and really haven't shown any signs of failure. I know sometimes it's hit or miss with these sort of things, but these have done well by me so far.

Great Leather Tool
With these chisels, I started my first leather stitching project. Great size and worked as advertised. I will use them soon to practise this new craft I have learned.

Seems like it could be ok, but time will tell
this 3mm punch seems slightly less strongly built than the 4mm one. I feel this punch will break a tine in the future. I do not feel this way about the 4mm set I bought, which I have given 5 stars. It is acceptable, and will likely be fine.
