Most of the bags in the lot are not able to hold the vacuum for longer duration, they inflate afterone day.

The suction is so awful. The bag got torn in the first suction. The quality bags shared or poor.

These storage bags are great. Instructions are easy to follow. They’re sturdy and seal great. I haven’t had any issues with the seal or air releasing.

I have bought these vacuum storage bags twice now. After waiting some time after my first batch, and deciding they seemed to retain their seals, I got my second batch. They are a bit thin but appear to be double-layered. So far they have worked great (unlike the name-brand that makes good sandwich and freezer bags but terribly leaky vacuum storage bags) and I hope they stay that way. I don't use the included hand pump so cannot speak on how effective it is but with a regular vacuum cleaner with a hose, they are awesome! I think the medium size bags are most versatile, being able to hold a couple coats, some shirts, and scarves or a couple blankets. They fit in my storage bench whereas the large ones need to go under bed and jumbo ones are better suited for an attic.

while it may be true that nature abhors a vaccum, here’s another law of physics that is also true - these bags are great! Easy to use and they come with their own hand pump. Now I can go back to collecting more stuff than my house can reasonably hold!

I couldn’t believe the amount of space reduction these bags made. Compacts the material and makes moving them much more convenient. Worked perfectly. Strongly advise to use your house vacuum hose as it saves so much time. The mechanism plugs up as soon as the hose is lifted so no air flows back in. Amazing product. I’m hooked.Side note: while packing, we did attempt to use thick heavy duty trash bags as an alternative, and while it worked initially, it was much harder to keep air out. So these bags win, no contest.
