Can I use it for jump rope outdoors? How big is it?

This is a sheet of rubber approx 50mm X 60mm, not a rope of any description. I seem to remember that skipping ropes are not elasticated, so would be better mafe of just rope.

How easy is this to cut to size? I want it to go under a washing machine in the hope of cutting vibration.

Very easy to cut i used it on a joint for exhaust very èasy to cut & bend

Could you use this on flat roof

This is what I bought a sample to try. It will work for a flat floor, but you can also get sticky backed, which was better for me
