Integration of Psychology and Theology, The Paperback – November 11, 1979

Excellent discussion of the relationship between theology and psychology, with some historical reference to the cultural climate of the 70’s when the book was written. His ideological (rather than person-based) survey of possible views on the issue remains relevant today. Could probably be called a classic and/or a “must read” in the field.

This book is short and concise and yet gives what may be considered some of the main views of integration of Psychology and Christianity. The book is well written and the information is laid out nicely.

I'm not big into theology so trying to implement it into something like psychology is interesting. However, when I started reading this, nothing caught my interest. You would have to be already interested in something like this before reading it, otherwise you will be in danger of falling asleep. Like I was.
