This is a super seller and a great listing - excellent job. She loves the house just perfect! Can't keep her out of the upstairs....:) so keeps her very busy until springtime when she will go back and live with her family. I rescued her out of my cats mouth and luckily she was fine. She is not store bought; a big difference. I made her quite a habitat but like a women she keeps rearranging it. And oh boy does she have expensive taste for food. She eats fresh spinach, carrots, apples, hard corn, seeds and nuts and all the green I can find growing in the yard. I enjoy her as she sits right here on my desk at home.She is a yellow tail field mouse, and what personality and always cleaning her hands and everywhere. And she goes in a little litter box I put in a corner. Also, they can jump about 18 inches or higher. Took me a while to catch her jumping like a rabbit through the yard. Well I know all like stories, but then some don't. Have a lovely day.

We just got our kiddos a pair of gerbils. Out of all the accessories we purchased, this is hands down our favorite (and the gerbils). They climb in, out, around and through... and even on the roof. It's well made, sturdy and quite cute. Only caveat, the food tray is too shallow to be especially practical, but that's minor and wasn't really needed anyways.I would encourage a lid with clips, because the house puts the top of our 10 gallon aquarium within jumping range (and we have an escape artist). Highly recommend and we'd definitely get one again.

My daughter's gerbils LOVE this house. It's their nest, where they sleep. I didn't think they would actually use it that way, but they do and it's adorable. We have plenty of other houses, structures, toys, etc, but this is hands-down (paws-down?) their favorite.

This arrived today and it is already a hit with the dwarf hamster. Front part does swing down when not in use which is nice for storage. Some the holes were a bit rough so gave it a light sanding and all is perfect. The roof ,however, appears to be plastic versus wood, but the house is nice overall. I wished there was a smaller house that I could connect the houses via toilet paper holder. Another reviewer mentioned this, but I couldn't find the other house.

I love this little house, almost as much as my mice do! I've had issues in the past with other brands of wooden hideaways where nails would become exposed and injure my mice - not a problem with this house, since it's held together with glue. It's the perfect size for a couple of adult mice or a dwarf hamster. Very happy!

Have two gerbils that just chew any and everything, they chew this on and off but its still holding up and my gerbils are always in the bottom of this making a tunnel to it and hiding food, etc, highly recommended

This is the second time I've bought this! It was very much time for a replacement. The colors are different than the original, but it has the same quality. I like that the part that sticks out of the balcony isn't removable anymore, because as you can see I lost that on the old one a long time ago. It fell off and it accidentally got thrown out while changing bedding, haha.The replacement has been successfully accepted by my gals. Echo, the grey mouse pictured, started climbing around and chewing on it as soon as I put it in the cage! Nothing like a fresh mouse house. c:

This is a very well made little house and actually perfectly sized for the cage we have. Our gerbil loves all the different windows and has already been stuffing it full of whatever he can find. I highly recommend this, great price for the craftsmanship. Hard to find well made products anymore, so really glad we came across this one. You won't be disappointed!!

This came with a bit of damage on mine. A side wall was coming apart therefore the slope step wasn't kept in place. Many splinters also made me concerned a bit. On top of that, all the paintings are very bright and thick that made me wonder if they're hamster safe coloring a.k.a food coloring. Luckily my hamster doesn't bite on anything, but I might not leave it in his cage and use only under my supervision to make sure he doesn't lick or nibble on it.

BE WARNED!!! This is not for a regular sized (syrian or the like) hamster. Unless they're dwarf, they're gonna get stuck in it.Now that that's out of the way, my dwarf boy LOVES it. He sleeps in the bottom and uses the top as his bathroom (haha). It is super cute and it lasts a while for my moderate chewer.It is very difficult to clean as it's wood, but if you let it soak and then dry it with a blow dryer it's fine.

The house was structurally fine but there was a strange brown clotted residue on the bottom side, it was very tough, as if there had been some mold or rot and then it got impregnated by glue or resin so it was just fossilized there. In the end it was a hassle to print out the return slip and mail it back so I didn't bother but I never felt quite comfortable giving it to my hamster in case he'd nibble the gunky part.

Fantastic product ordered on a Wednesday came that Friday. No damage or anything already assembled but does fold to become smaller. I have a baby robo dwarf hamster, named tater tot, and he is loving. If you were wondering yes it will fit a dwarf adult. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 inside of 5 is because it’s probably to small for Syrians ( I don’t have a Syrian so I can’t compare but I work with them and I don’t think they’d fit) they should definitely make a slightly larger size for them. Overall very satisfied.
