Stoped working after 3 months. Contacted seller and it has an 18 month warranty and they are sending replacement. Replacement received within a few days, hoping this one does better Otherwise it worked well until it didn’t.

I went on a 3 week vacation and didn’t have to impose on anyone to water my “Covid Garden”. I have a lot of houseplants after the quarantine. It was tricky to plan it out but once I did it was easy to put together. I came back to healthy plants. I’m still using it because it’s been working out so well!

OK. I want to start out by saying, Amazon sent me a pump that didn't work. It came in a busted up box and looked like something that was returned. Not the first time Amazon did that BTW..I tried the pump and it didn't pump water well at all. I was very annoyed to say the least.Obviously, I returned the pump.Shortly after the return, the company that sells the pumps reached out to me. They explained that I may have received a bad pump and to give them another chance to make it right. They sent me a new pump ASAP and gave me a full refund for the product. They wanted to make things right and see to it that I was 100% satisfied.I received the new pump a few days later. I wasn't expecting it to work any better than the last but gave it a try. The box the new pump came in was in much better condition than the last. The items inside were organized and looked new.I quickly placed batteries in the pump and hooked up the tubes. Once I turned it on it started pumping water right away. No hesitation what so ever. It drained a 16oz cup of water in 40 seconds. Not bad....They say this will water up to 10 plants and comes with everything to do as it says. Drip spikes tubing, etc...Now I believe it. This little pump works.It takes 4 AA batteries. (not included).It has a USB port for running it without batteries? I'll have to see. It does not come with a USB cable.So far, I'm impressed. Not only with the pump, but with their customer service. Thank you for making it right. That goes a long way.Follow up.... after two weeks, batteries died. I replaced batteries and works again. But for how long?I used brand new batteries both times. This product is supposed to work for almost a year on one set of batteries.... Pretty disappointed. But since they gave me a free pump to write a review with 5 stars, I figured I would not nitpick... Lol!Just so you know. It's good for maybe 10 pots with one dripper per pot. Multiple holes in the line will not make it to 10 pots. And so far the battery life has been under one month life span.This company tried to bribe me to make 5 star reviews on their other products in order to receive free stuff.. I don't play that game. Honest reviews or nothing.With that said, I took away a star and will no longer do business with them.Boom!The consumer......

When I first set this item up i was placing the pumping unit and water tank higher than the plants and after the auto watering stopped the water continued to slowly syphon from the water tank, the solution was to place the tank and unit lower than the plants. Once set up p like this it ran perfectly. Setup was easy, the manual gives just enough info to set the timer. It took some force to push the tubes onto the fittings and if you have trouble doing this I suggest heating some water on the stove, to a hot bath temp, then put end of tube in hot water before pressing it on to a fitting. This will temporarily expand the tube making it easier to assemble. This unit watered my orchids successfully over a 20 day time period.

I’ve order 2 of these, the last one showed minus the 1/4” filter. That item is pretty important & I have idea where to start to purchase on. I only was able give 4 stars due to the missing part.
