*Disclaimer-we have only had it a week*So far, so good. We like it alot.It is definitely very firm. We had gone mattress shopping and we consistantly preferred the very firm mattresses and I'd say this is easily as firm as those were. It does have a memory foam feel, more than some of the hybrids we tried in the stores. I 'm average size and it does not seem to "form to me" that I've noticed at all, my hubby is a bit heavier and he says it does form to him a bit. We let it sit without using it for 24 hrs and it seemed to "fill up" and form just fine. We are really happy with it so far, but it's only been a week, so, I'll try to update after a year or so.

For me it's been great...definitely firm, but comfy. My back had been killing me and after the first night I could tell a difference and slept soo good. I just hope it holds up over time. For the price, even if it's just a year or so it's a good deal.

Products is good. they delivered it to the porch when I was at home. So it was very difficult for us to carry the product inside the home. It is also very heavy. Also the box was damaged but all over it is good product

I'm a disabled Vet and Heavy set man, I needed something firm that would dip and add to my hip and back pain. I e had the best nights of sleep so far with this mattress. I did have some pain the first couple of weeks sleeping on this mattress but I can tell that my body was realigning, after that I've been having the best nights rest so far.

The mattress is very firm in the center, one of the most comfortable I've ever had, but the lack of edge support made the sides start breaking down immediately. I live in a studio apartment, so I do occasionally sit on the edge of my bed, and that is now no longer an option for me. And if I roll too close to the edge, it will sometimes tip me right out. If you are plus size, or the kind of person who tempts monsters and demons by hanging a leg over the side of your bed, this may not be a good choice for these reasons. It certainly wouldn't be sustainable for me.Additional pros:It unrolled nicely, there was very little off-gassing, and I repeat, if you like a firm mattress, this one is lovely in the center.Additional cons:Upon my attempt to pursue a refund, according to a return policy that stated: "Unboxed, expanded, and full size mattresses are not returnable, but are eligible for a refund." I was advised I will have to return the now-used mattress via a UPS store. Which means for me likely paying someone to help me move it. So that is just something logistically to consider if you purchase a bed-in-a-box from Amazon. Other reviews here indicate that there was no problem securing a refund without return, but that has not been my experience.

Amazing, super firm and supportive. I have a bad bed frame which is my issue, but this mattress is 10/10. I don't have pain, so I'm not sure what to say about that, but if you like extra support this is the bed for you!

This mattress is truly wonderful: the inner springs provide firmness, the memory foam provides a cushioning layer, and the pillow-top layer coolness. It really IS the best of all mattress types. Delighted with my purchase. Will definitely buy this product again!

It is firm. My husband loves it because he sinks in soft memory foam. I am having hard time adjusting. Doesn’t remotely seem like there is any memory foam at all. It has springs to give it extra support and a thinLayer of memory foam on top. I may have to add a memory foam topper.
