The sauna came well packaged. Despite the good packaging - the unit was still damaged by the forklift operator (which was not the fault of the shipper). The company was very quick to communicate and easy to work with to resolve the damaged shipment. I would certainly do business again with them. The Sauna was well constructed and fit together very nicely. There were no warped or bowed parts. The front walls are built very solid. I like the unit and it works well. I got the three seater to be able to have room to stretch out. It works really well for one person. Three people can easily fit - but you have to sit upright and it would be tight. It would be really nice if it had a wireless (wifi) remote to start the unit to preheat. Preheat takes about 15 minutes. Definitely a well made product and reputable company to order from.

After I received the sauna and put it together that went well. It went together as instructions said. I have weighted to write a review to see how it worked and so far it's good. Now with that said when I got it together I saw the radio wasn't as described. The description said it was a cd player and it wasn't. When I had messaged back and forth with costumer service they told me if I didn't want the sauna they would send me instructions on how to return sauna. Way to go costumer service.

Had this for over 3 years now and still looks and smells awesome. Tight seamless fit. Heats up to 150 in 15-20 minutes and maintains that temp. Though, I had couple of issues along the way, the controller stopped working early on and then had a seat surface splinter. Both times customer service was great and replaced them free and quick.

My wife and I were debating on whether we were more impressed with the beautifully well-made quality of the sauna or the responsiveness and top notch customer service of the seller. In either case, it’s a win-win if you buy this product from this vendor. We had questions about the delivery, electrical, and wanted to get instructions that we could study prior to arrival. This vendor was on top of it and responded quickly and with answers. We found that we did need an electrician to change the outlet and amps but we really didn’t need an advance copy of the instructions. This thing is literally a snap to put together. Bottom line, we highly recommend this sauna!
