Ok first of all just a suggestion packing the track on the down tube for the battery a little better. When I got my bike all the pins was bent over and I straighten them and the battery did not fit no clue what's up with that. But good thing I have 2 new battery's that I just bought 52V-13AH that I put on there and changed the settings to except them. Now about the bike very well built and very fast and powerful. I ride it to and from work and I really enjoy the ride. Love the bike. The bike came a week early which was awesome. Thank you

I ordered three of these bikes, one for each of my brothers and one for me. The seller contacted me immediately to see if I really wanted to order 3 or did I make a mistake, no mistake. Delivery was schedule for April 1 to April 8, we got the bikes on March 26, we all got them on the same day. The bikes are amazing, easy to assemble, and they have plenty of power. This company was great to work with and their bikes are solid. I would not hesitate to recommend them. This is the first time I have left feedback for anyone on Amazon. Very impressed.

Beautiful bike great for these mountains strong

Purchased this bike great quality and rides great.

Purchased on 09/22/23. First of all this is my 2nd identical bike I've purchased on Amazon. Ordered it on 09/17/23 & arrived 5 days later ! . The reason I repurchased this particular bike is obvious. I'm 61 , I'm a professional cyclist who's owned every type of cycle from BMX to Fuji road racers . I did my research on this bike 2 years ago , took a risk & ordered it. I was not disappointed, there are E-Bikes out there that cost 5X the price & I'll bet this bike will go head-to-toe with any of them . I'm 61 , 6' 245lbs. I have had this bike weighed down with 35-40 lbs. Of gear in the rear panniers winter & summer . I can still hit 35 Mph in a pinch. The advertisement shows the cheap tires , but they upgraded to Chao-Yang tires. Better tread & life. I don't have one negative thing to say about this bike . Don't be fooled by the low price . It's a tall bike , I'm 6' and I have to straddle it from the side ! In closing, they mention that the battery is shipped separately, not true . It comes shipped in the box with the bike in bubble-wrap. The customer service for this particular seller is also 5 🌟 ! I had a question & they promptly answered it next business day !!!

Other than the confusion with the battery being shipped separately the product is solid, bike performs as i hoped it would and is really fun to ride. Would recommend this bike to anyone who is interested in ebikes!

Bike and battery shipped separately bike well packaged and no damage but battery came loose in box checked battery out of box dead no voltage tried to charging overnight would not take charge.Contacted seller back and fourth 10 messages and 20 days later still waiting for a return label for dead battery seller refused to send replacement with out receiving my defective out of the box battery. Purchase with this seller as far as returns has been horrible. Having no battery since new I still do not know if there’s anything else wrong with Ebike have ridden without battery bike seems fine.

EDIT: I'm upgrading this product to a 5 star review because while I'd say the bike is a 4/5, the after sales service gets another star. My bike had a battery fault after only a few months, and Aostirmotor was really good about investigating the problem and they sent me a new battery free of charge. Always nice to deal with nice people, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for an e-bike.This is a great introductory e-bike, for pretty much the cheapest price you can find. The bike assembles easily and you can be riding in under half and hour. This bike is terrifically fast, and the battery lasts a decent amount of time, though considerably less on the max setting than setting 2 or 3.This bike is probably overpowered for the components on the bike, which are understandably low end. The brakes are definitely underpowered, and even after a few rides you'll be wishing they were hydraulic, but that's what you get at this price point. Similarly, the bike only has 7 gears, which isn't enough to keep peddaling at the e-bike setting of 4 and 5, so you can't really contribute to the ride at those speeds. Again, if you want to spend twice as much you can get a bike with hydraulic brakes and 9 speed gearing.Overall this is one of my most fun purchases and it really feels like you're riding an electric rocket ship. I've ridden the bike many times without the battery as well and it's fine to ride, though a bit on the heavy side. It handles well and seems reasonably sturdy, but if you're used to bikes that have more high end components, you may want to set your sights higher for a more expensive bike with a few upgrades to gearing and braking.

This bike fits the bill for everything. It's comfortable and fast, the battery lasts a good while. I'm very happy with it. Such a great bike for the unbeatable price.

Eveything is going well. Easy installation

The bike arrived in a week and once put together needed a few adjustments on the gears to shift properly which seems to be good now. I emailed a few questions to the manufacturer and received an answer within 24 hours and they sent a free bike lock as well. I feel the fenders do not cover enough of the tires and one might get wet because of splash and tire spray. Also the power assist when peddling or throttle only is not gradual and has more of a snap or fast acceleration more than other bikes I have ridden which I don’t care for but will get used toHave only put a couple hours on it so far and like it overall. If I don’t have problems with it then I feel it is good value.
