This is a great little machine
This is a great little machine. Even though the directions said I could use any type of water, I used distilled water. With one fill I steamed a pair of pants, 4 shirts and a tank top. It's fairly heavy when full. I had watched a few videos before purchasing this and people warned about being burned while trying to hold the clothes. I was happy to see a mitt in the box and I used it! TD Design 500ml Portable Handheld Garment Steamer With Fabric Brush for Home and Travel , Fabric Steamers for Clothes / Electric Water Kettle

Really bad product and dangerous
The water boils over and onto your hand as soon as the steam starts. We put less water and the water once it is boiling has no control, you have to literally turn the switch off for the water to stop boiling and coming out. Really bad product and dangerous! Very lucky didn't have a serious burn! Throwing it away since out time lapsed to return. Another problem, it was brand new and since we didn't use it before 30 days we have to waste our money.

Was working well then suddenly water came pouring out on to the clothes. Lowered the water level and same thing happened.Seems dangerous since the steamer has to be plugged in electrical outlet.

It,s ok to use on slightly wrinkled clothes, but I was disappointed when I had to use an iron on a cotton rough dried blouse. I hate ironing and hoped I could substitute this as an iron.

Not UL approved. Does have CE symbol, but that is less rigorous testing. Should be UL certified for safety.

Nice steamer but way too big for a travel steamer unless you just for quick travel but if you're traveling we need to cut down on luggage it's a little big so I ordered the smaller one also needs a bag for it

I'm impressed
My first impression is that it seems to work very well. I used it on a cotton skirt and polyester blend dress, and it took out the majority (like 95%) of the wrinkles. Even the wrinkles that were left (and that was pretty much because the water ran out and I was tired of holding up the clothes) weren't very noticeable, and will most likely go away after another session. This is the first garment steamer I've used, so I can't compare to any others, but if you're looking for something inexpensive that gets the job done, then definitely give this a try.
