These sleep headphones are amazing. I've been using them since day one, and my sleep quality has improved significantly.Pros:- Comfortable for sleeping, and also great for daily use.- Slim and comfortable for side sleepers like me.- Good sound quality. Sleep headphones usually have lower sound quality because they don't sit inside your ear or fully cover it. In this case, the sound is perfectly clear. If you experiment by pressing them closer to your ear with your fingers, you'll notice that if they were conventional headphones, they would have great bass. Don't expect deep bass unless you're planning to keep your fingers pressed against your ears all night. 🤣- Good mic quality: 99% of Bluetooth headphones fail in this area. I was surprised that these capture sound well, though I suppose they don't have a noise-canceling filter. But what's the point of a noise-canceling filter if the audio quality isn't great? Don't expect USB headphone quality like HyperX, but for Bluetooth headphones, these are pretty good.- Low latency: I'm very sensitive to latency. I was impressed that although they don’t have a low-latency mode, they still have an acceptable latency. I've seen better, but these could get you by in a pinch. I’ll consider using them if my gaming headphones weren't available for some reason.Cons:- They might be difficult to wash. I've only had them for a week, so I haven’t needed to wash them yet, but removing the components from the fabric band seems tricky, and I'm not sure if I'll be able to put them back as they were. If I run into issues here, I'll update this review.- There's no pairing mode. You have to unpair them from the device you previously connected them to. The other day, I just disconnected them from my computer but didn’t unpair them. I went to sleep, connected them to my phone, and at 4 AM, my computer turned on and reconnected to the headphones, making unwanted noise. I woke up and regretted not unpairing them from the computer.That’s all I can say for now. For the price, they’re excellent. I haven’t tested the battery life fully yet, but after a week of use, it’s still holding up. I only play sounds or meditations to sleep, which pause after half an hour. So after it the headphones stay on, but without playing anything.One important thing to remember: make sure your phone is on silent, or you'll hear your phone’s sounds through the headphones. E.G. Notifications, calls, etc... Also the alarm, which is a good thing for me.

I bought this last year as an impulse buy at 2am, and boy am I glad I did. This is one of my favorite purchases off of Amazon. I originally bought it to watch ASMR videos on my iPad or iPhone at night, and it works perfectly for this!! It lays flat on my ears so I don’t have to lay on bulky headphones to get the full ASMR experience. It’s pretty soft and lightweight so I barely feel it. I even wear a silk bonnet when sleep for my hair, and it lays nicely over the bonnet. It’s so comfortable, I end up falling asleep in it. And can we talk about the battery life?? I turn this headband on every night when I go to bed, and I either turn it off in the middle of the night or even the next morning, and I still don’t have to charge it for longgggggg time. And charging it is easy for me because I just charge during the day every once in a blue moon. It just amazes me how a $20 little headband can have such a stong battery life. And the audio is pretty good for $20. Obviously it’s not complete top of the line audio, but it works for what I use it for. It’s great for watching shows while I do dishes too. It doesn’t fall out of my ears like earbuds would. And it connects to my iPad really fast. I don’t have to go into settings or anything to get it to connect. Overall, great great product.

I have 2 pair. One pair stays at home the other is for camping. Quality of the band is great. Soft over the ears making them very comfortable bands to wear and sound quality is great. Simple to connect to. I have once used the band for 6 hours continuously so battery lasts long. They charge quickly. Excellent buy

My husband had gifted me the adjustable bad sleep version. I never listen to anything when I go to sleep, but I do always wear a sleep mask. I found that I use it for some meditation/hypnosis sessions prior to bed, and I like to have light blocked out when I do so. Make it nice for that. But I decided I wanted something similar that I could wear when I dont want to cover my eyes. I looked to see if Music Cozy had any, and sure enough they do.The unit inside (speaker plus control box) absolutely can all come out. I find it easier on this than the sleep one I have. They also carry just the unit itself for purchase.I'm pleased with the sound. Really sounds pretty darn good. And the comfort. Just feels like a lightweight headband, something I already often wear. It does not feel like there are speakers in it. Would be totally unnoticeable if this head band had the controls at nape of neck instead of at forehead.Anyway, I dont use earbuds, and this is so much nicer. Not sure how it holds up to sweat, but we will find out.I have a big head, 23.75", and this fits fine. Plenty of stretch, doesnt feel tight to me. I put it on and adjusted it first to situate on my ears, then I put rest into place. I think this might be a spot of trouble for some people.Noise cancellation? It really isnt that style. I can definitely hear the music just fine, and it supersedes anything else in the room. But I am not blocked from the sounds around me. When I have this going and take it off, I dont hear sounds coming from it. That is nice to know.. that only I can hear what I am listening to. So yeh, it has to be directly on ears. Wont hear anything with band around neck or something.Going with 5 stars because it meets or exceeds my expectations.
