Awful tight fit buying usual size, suggest going up to next size.

The quality is great, the wool saves you from having sweaty feet. The compression sock fit adds comfort as well as the padding for snowboarding. The only complaint I have with the socks is that they are very tall and and cut off circulation behind the knees. I am 6’ 2” tall and I had to fold them down about 30 minutes into the day as they were becoming painful.

Ordered for duck hunting. Kept my feel plenty warm. Sock did not slip down my calf like other socks do from time to time.

I came across these after trying (and returning) a number of “winter” socks. I froze my backside off with all of them, including the so-called wool socks. Other than the lack of warmth of the previous purchases was the height of the socks. I feel that winter socks that are the height of crew socks are inappropriate for winter. These socks go up to my knees (I’m 6’2”), so not only are my feet warm, but my lower legs as well. I have 8 pair of them currently, although I should point out that two individual socks had stitching issues, which necessitated their return and replacement. I still feel, however, that due to the fast response of Amazon in providing replacements, these socks deserve all five stars.

I wear a size 8-1/2 women's shoe. Ordered medium.... way too small!Re-Ordered X-large. Foot size ok, but the elastic on the top was very tight.

Both me and my partner got bad blisters after just 1 session of skiing. Do not recommend them for skiing.
