Q: would it work for sleeping?

I have used it when I was trying to get used to sleeping with my insulin pump. It really helped and I was comfortable with it. I use it some nights when I dont have a secure place for my pump and to make sure it was close to my body and not get yanked off. For me, it has been really helpful. PERIOD.

Q: Can it be used for sleeping?

Yes, we have several customers that use this product while sleeping. The buckle is by the pocket to make sleeping comfortable.
